      Advice: Castillo's gone seven innings in three of his 13 starts this season, and he's kept runs off the board in the each of those outings. He allowed four runs in each of his first three starts of the season, but he hasn't given up more than three runs in any of his last 10 appearances, nine of which went down as quality starts.       Brandon Pfaadt pitched six innings on Sunday against the Mets. He struck out eight and walked two batters.

      Advice: Pfaadt pitched very well in this game despite the four earned runs. The Mets were swinging over his sweeper all afternoon before a rally with back-to-back triples by Brandon Nimmo and J.D. Martinez fueled all four of their runs.       Keller (7-3) picked up the win Saturday, allowing one run on five hits and a walk over six innings in an 8-1 victory over the Blue Jays. He struck out eight.

      Advice: The right-hander has been overshadowed by the debuts of Paul Skenes and Jared Jones this season, but Keller has been the Pirates' most dependable starter. He's won five straight starts, posting a 1.34 ERA. 0.92 WHIP and 27:5 K:BB in 33.2 innings over that stretch, and Saturday's quality start was his seventh of the year.       Advice: The score was close early on, but a four-run fourth inning for Seattle put Miller on cruise control. The right-hander racked up 13 whiffs en route to his nine punchouts, which tied his second-highest total of the season.       Mitch Keller delivered a dominant performance in Saturday afternoon’s victory over the Blue Jays, racking up eight strikeouts over six innings of one-run baseball.

      Advice: The 28-year-old right-hander scattered just five hits and one walk on the day. The lone tally against him came in the sixth inning as Vladimir Guerrero Jr. singled, advanced on a line drive and raced around to score on a two-out single by Dan Vogelbach. That’s really the only time that they threatened. Keller generated 10 swings and misses on 106 pitches in the ballgame, posting a CSW of 28 percent.       Montgomery (3-3) yielded eight runs (six earned) on nine hits and three walks over four innings Friday, striking out four and taking a loss against the Mets.

      Advice: Montgomery had a 3-0 lead before taking the mound Friday but quickly squandered it by coughing up four runs in the bottom of the first inning. He allowed another run in the second and three more in the fourth. After producing a pair of quality starts in his first two outings with Arizona, Montgomery has registered a rough 6.61 ERA over his last six starts.       Nola (7-2) earned the win Friday over the Cardinals, allowing two runs on three hits and two walks over 6.1 innings. He struck out six.

      Advice: It was another strong outing from Nola, who held St. Louis to a pair of solo home runs in a winning effort. The 30-year-old right-hander has held opponents to two runs or fewer in each of his last four outings. Nola's ERA now sits at 3.03 on the year with a 1.03 WHIP and 71:22 K:BB across 12 starts (77.1 innings).       Advice: Montgomery’s poor season continued on Friday. The Diamondbacks gifted him a 3-0 lead before he took the mound and still managed to cough it up before the third inning. Once again, his sinker was hit incredibly hard - the Mets had an average exit velocity of 97 MPH off the pitch - and he wound up trashing it as the game went on in favor of more four-seam fastballs and curveballs.
