      Ryan Jeffers went 2-for-3 with a walk, two home runs and three RBI against the Royals on Thursday.



      Advice: Jeffers continues to carry the Twins offense. The two-homer game puts him at 12 on the season now. Jeffers is hitting .254 with an .886 OPS on the year. As far as second catchers go, it doesn’t get much better than what he’s provided so far this season.

      Schwarber went 2-for-4 with a solo homer, an additional RBI, a walk and a stolen base in Wednesday's 6-1 victory over the Giants.

      Advice: He got the Phillies started with an opposite-field homer off Kyle Harrison to lead off the first inning. Schwarber drove in a second run with a base hit in the eighth, extending Philadelphia's lead to 5-0. It's the third straight two-hit game for Schwarber -- he's gone 6-for-12 with two homers, four RBI and two steals in that span.       Advice: Castro was in a bit of a slump -- he went 0-for-12 over the previous four games before this multi-hit effort. He had a hot stretch in late April and early May, but he's otherwise been little more than league-average at the plate.       Kyle Schwarber walloped a leadoff homer and also stole a base on Wednesday, propelling the Phillies to a 6-1 victory over the Giants.

      Advice: Schwarber delivered a tone-setting blast to left-center field right out of the gate against Giants starter Kyle Harrison before reaching on a fielder’s choice and stealing second base a couple frames later. The 31-year-old slugger also added an RBI single in the eighth inning as well to put the cherry on top of a multi-hit performance at Oracle Park, which is one of the toughest ballparks in the league for left-handed batters.       The Dodgers have Mookie Betts at second base and Miguel Rojas at shortstop in Wednesday’s game against the Mets.

      Advice: Suarez knocked in Arizona's second run with a sacrifice fly in the second inning, just his second RBI over the last 12 games. The third baseman has been grinding with a .182 average and .504 OPS for the month of May.
