      Logan Allen allowed three runs in 4 1/3 innings and took the loss against the Royals on Sunday.

      Advice: Allen gave up six hits, walked none and struck out three. His ERA was 5.83 at the end of May before winning two of his first three starts in June, but now his last two starts have his ERA back up to 5.75 on the year. Allen has won eight games for the Guardians, but you have to wonder how much longer he’s going to last in this rotation. The 27-year-old left-hander is set to face the Giants at home next weekend.

      Advice: Perez belted his 14th home run of the season Sunday, adding a third RBI on a fielders choice. The 34-year-old had a rough June in which he batted just .194, but Perez remains one of the most reliable catchers in fantasy.       Advice: Jansen was lights out Sunday, and he has now converted on 12 straight save chances. It was his seventh straight appearance without allowing a run. He's been fantastic as of late, with a 0.70 ERA over his last 12 appearances. The 36-year-old has converted on 16 of 17 save chances this season and will carry a 2.22 ERA and 1.02 WHIP into July.       Nick Castellanos went 4-for-5 with a double, three RBI, and a stolen base on Sunday in a thrilling 7-6 win over the Marlins.

      Advice: Castellanos stepped up in a huge way Sunday as the Phillies try to make do without Bryce Harper, Kyle Schwarber, and J.T. Realmuto. He was in the middle of important rallies in the fifth and sixth innings and nearly hit a home run that was knocked down by Bryan De La Cruz right at the left field wall.       Advice: Hoffman worked around a throwing error from Trea Turner to secure this save. While possibly the best Phillie reliever, José Alvarado has grabbed most of the saves.       Advice: De La Cruz’s 15 home runs are incredibly sneaky. Just four off his career-high 19 he set last year, his 10.9 barrel rate suggest the power outburst is real. De La Cruz has always had tremendous physical tools and is now showing genuine, all-fields power.
