      Carlos Correa went 1-for-4 with a triple, a run scored and three RBI against the Royals on Thursday.

      Advice: Correa cleared the bases with a triple in the sixth inning that put the Twins ahead for good. Despite missing some time with an injury, he’s quietly having a nice season.       Seager went 1-for-3 with a walk, a home run and two RBI in Wednesday's 6-1 win over the Diamondbacks.

      Advice: Seager, whom the Diamondbacks chose to issue an intentional walk with runners on in the third inning, didn't get a free pass in the fifth inning and paid for it. He got a hold of a first-pitch cutter and sent it over the fence in right field. It was his eighth home run over the last eight games and extended a hit streak to 12 contests.       Pepiot allowed two runs on three hits and one walk while striking out seven batters over 5.2 innings in a no-decision against Oakland on Wednesday.

      Advice: Pepiot appeared on his way to a quality start after giving up one run through five frames, but he was pulled with two outs in the sixth after allowing two batters to reach base, and one came around to score after his departure. Still, this was a positive step forward in the right-hander's second game back following a stint on the injured list.       Advice: Contreras has been held hitless just five times over 26 games in May, going 31-for-104 (.298) for the month. The catcher is up to a .323/.394/.509 slash line with eight home runs, four steals, 43 RBI, 45 runs scored, 15 doubles and a triple in 55 contests, so this month has actually been a bit of a cooling off compared to how he started the season.       Ryan Pepiot allowed two earned runs on three hits across 5 2/3 innings on Wednesday against the Athletics. He walked one and struck out seven in a no-decision.

      Advice: Pepiot got back on track Wednesday. He mixed his pitches well - throwing his slider, fastball and changeup each at least 28% of the time - while throwing a first pitch strike to 17 of 21 Athletics’ hitters.       Advice: It was another impressive effort from Sanchez, who's now held opponents to two runs or fewer in eight of his 11 starts this season. The 27-year-old left-hander lowered his ERA to 2.83 with a 1.39 WHIP and 56:20 K:BB across 60.1 innings.       Advice: The rookie right-hander didn't get much help from his defense, but he also didn't have his best stuff and failed to complete at least five innings for the first time this season. Jones' two strikeouts were also a season low, as he managed only four swinging strikes among his 83 pitches. The 22-year-old sports a 3.55 ERA, 1.01 WHIP and 70:12 K:BB through his first 63.1 big-league innings. The 27-year-old lefty notched at least seven punchouts for the fifth time in 11 starts this season, inducing 11 swinging strikes and finishing with a solid 34 percent CSW.
