    • Exits game with bruised knee
Santander was removed from Wednesday's 3-2 win over the Blue Jays due to a bruised knee, Jake Rill of MLB.com reports. He went 2-for-4 with a double.

Advice: Santander banged up his knee when he collided with the outfield wall and then aggravated it on a double and a slide in the eighth inning before being lifted in the ninth. The injury doesn't sound like a big concern, and it's possible the Orioles' scheduled off day Thursday will be enough rest for Santander. Consider him day-to-day heading into this weekend's series versus the Mariners. Rotowire.com Wednesday, 1:12 pm

    • Anthony Santander leaves game with bruised knee
Anthony Santander was pulled from Wednesday’s contest against the Blue Jays due to a bruised knee.

Advice: Santander initially suffered the injury when he crashed into the outfield wall in the third inning on Wednesday. He then aggravated if further while sliding into second base during the eighth inning. It doesn’t sound like it’s anything that should require a trip to the injured list, but there’s a chance that the 29-year-old slugger will be held out of the lineup an extra day or two to be on the safe side. • Brett Baty not in Mets lineup on Wednesday night
Brett Baty is not in the Mets’ starting lineup for Wednesday night’s battle against the Phillies.

Advice: Baty will take a seat on the pine with tough left-hander Ranger Suarez toeing the slab for the Phillies on Wednesday night. The recently recalled Mark Vientos will start in his place at third base and will bat fifth for the Mets. Rotoworld Wednesday, 1:03 pm

    • William Contreras homers, Brewers demolish Pirates
William Contreras went 3-for-5 with a three-run homer and four RBI on Wednesday, leading the Brewers to a decisive 10-2 victory over the Pirates.

Advice: Contreras is rapidly evolving into one of the premier four-category contributors in the entire fantasy landscape as his latest three-hit performance, his sixth of the season, raises his batting average to an astronomical .359 mark through 43 contests. The 26-year-old backstop crushed a three-run homer off Pirates southpaw Martín Pérez in the third inning and also added an RBI triple a couple frames later as Milwaukee hit five homers in a blowout victory. He’s up to 39 runs scored and 34 homers already to go along with six homers and three steals as well. There isn’t much left to say at this point besides legitimately asking if he’s going to surpass Orioles superstar Adley Rutschman as the consensus top catcher in fantasy at some point in the future. • Sitting against lefty
Baty is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Phillies.

Advice: With a tough lefty (Ranger Suarez) on the hill for Philadelphia, the lefty-hitting Baty will retreat to the bench. The freshly recalled Mark Vientos will get the start at third base and could end up filling the short side of a platoon with Baty while he's up with the big club. Rotowire.com Wednesday, 11:34 am

    • On base four times in loss
Profar went 1-for-1 with three walks and a run scored in Wednesday's loss to the Rockies.

Advice: Profar notched a base hit in the fourth and worked walks in his other three plate appearances. It's the first time since June 29, 2022 that he's walked three times in one game. Profar has been one of the biggest surprises in baseball thus far and is now 10th in the majors with a .324 batting average and fourth with a .416 OBP after Tuesday night. • Clubs rare homer
Frelick went 1-for-3 with a two-run home run and a stolen base during Tuesday's 4-3 win over Pittsburgh.

Advice: Felick carried a .051 ISO into Tuesday's contest but, surprisingly, tagged Quinn Priester for a two-run homer in the second frame. The long ball was Frelick's first of the season and the fourth of his career. On the year, Frelick owns a .243/.321/.314 slash line with 17 runs and five stolen bases. • Sal Frelick homers, drives in two vs. Pirates
Sal Frelick went 1-for-3 with a home run and two RBI in Tuesday’s win over the Pirates.

Advice: Frelick was all over the place on Tuesday night. After making an impressive diving catch in the top of the second inning, he gave the Brewers their first runs of the night when he hit a two-run homer off Quinn Priester to give the Brewers an early lead. Tuesday’s homer marked Frelick’s first of the season and the fourth of his career. He’s not on the fantasy radar at this time. Rotoworld Tuesday, 7:16 pm

    • Taking seat Tuesday
Happ is not in the lineup for Tuesday's game in Atlanta.

Advice: The switch hitter is better from the left side of the plate, so it makes sense to give him a breather as Atlanta sends southpaw Chris Sale to the hill. Mike Tauchman will occupy left field for the Cubs. Rotowire.com Tuesday, 1:53 pm
