      Advice: Woo finally showed some signs of weakness Sunday, surrendering his first home run of the season and allowing a season-high three earned runs. Even so, the 24-year-old needed just 70 pitches to notch his second consecutive quality start. Despite not topping 80 pitches in any outing this season, Woo sits at 2-0 with a sparkling 1.66 ERA and 0.60 WHIP in 21.2 innings this season.       Bryan Woo pitched six innings and allowed three runs Sunday versus the Nationals.

      Advice: Woo got just three missed swings and one strikeout today, but he proved moderately effective in allowing only five hard-hit balls and five hits.       Advice: Bradley was able to quiet a Royals offense that had scored at least five runs in each of the previous eight games. This was a good bounce-back effort for Bradley after he gave up five runs over seven innings to the Red Sox on Monday. The 23-year-old is now at a 3.13 ERA, 0.91 WHIP and 29:6 K:BB over 23 innings across four starts this season. His next start is projected to be a tough road matchup in Baltimore.       Taj Bradley pitched five scoreless innings on Sunday against the Royals. He struck out six, walked three, and allowed just one hit.

      Advice: Bradley has been quite good since returning from the injured list with a 3.13 ERA and 29 strikeouts in 23 innings. He’s shown increased comfortability with his splitter and threw it more often on Sunday, 32% of his total pitches, than he has in any career start.       Cole Irvin will start Monday’s game against the Red Sox.

      Advice: Irvin will be taking the rotation spot of John Means after Means was placed on the injured list. Irvin was mostly effective in his rotation efforts earlier in the year, and he has a 3.15 ERA and 30/8 K/BB over his 45 2/3 innings thus far in 2024.       Montgomery (3-2) earned the win over the Marlins on Saturday, allowing two runs on nine hits and one walk over six innings while striking out four.

      Advice: Montgomery didn't get off to a great start, surrendering a leadoff double to open the contest, followed by an RBI single off the bat of Josh Bell two batters later as the Marlins took an early 1-0 lead. However, the lefty would eventually find his groove, hurling 1-2-3 innings in the second and third before later coughing up one more run on a Jazz Chisholm double in the sixth. Montgomery has now gone at least six innings in five of his seven starts this season, though he's also allowed at least seven hits in four of those outings, including a season-high nine hits in Saturday's win.       Judge went 2-for-4 with a double and a two-run home run and two runs scored in Saturday's win over the Padres.

      Advice: Judge wasted no time in getting the Yankees on the board Saturday, launching a two-run homer off Dylan Cease in the opening frame. The star outfielder would also double to lead off the fourth before coming around to score for a second time, marking the third time in his last four games that he's scored two runs. Judge has also homered in four straight games now and is up to 17 long balls on the campaign, which ties him with Kyle Tucker and Gunnar Henderson for the league lead. Hicks has yet to give up more than three earned runs in a start this season, but he's pitched more than five innings only three times in 11 outings, somewhat muting his fantasy appeal in formats that use QS over wins.       Advice: The only blemish was a solo shot given up to Julio Rodriguez in the fifth inning. It's incredible what Williams is doing after years of mediocrity. As Mark Zuckerman of MASNSports.com notes, Williams has yet to allow more than three runs in a start this season, and he's allowed one run or zero in seven of his 10 starts for a 2.29 ERA over 51 total innings.
