      Ketel Marte hit a two-run homer in the first and singled in the go-ahead run in the seventh as the Diamondbacks edged the Twins 5-4 on Tuesday.

      Advice: Marte has 16 homers, which is already the third highest total of his career. He’s going to deserve to be the NL’s starting second baseman in the All-Star Game this year, but since the Padres got away with listing Luis Arraez at second after turning him into a full-time first baseman, there’s still some doubt who will get the nod. Ibanez's biggest question moving forward is playing time, though Detroit figures to find creative ways to get him into the lineup even if he's not locked into a regular starting role.
