      According to MLB Network’s Jon Morosi, the Rockies are unlikely to move Ryan McMahon this summer, though the Blue Jays and other clubs have interest in him.

      Advice: McMahon has busted out or at least enjoyed an extended hot streak this season, coming in at .286/.366/.483 to date. That’s a 135 OPS+ from a guy who has never before topped 100 in a season. Still, the Rockies, who have McMahon signed through 2027, have never heard of the concept of selling high.       Advice: McMahon popped his 10th home run of the season in the first inning, and half of those long balls have come in his last 10 starts. In that span, he's scored 10 runs and driven in 11 while hitting .268.       Advice: McMahon is having one of the least-talked-about strong seasons of any player in baseball. The 29-year-old is slashing .294/.377/.500 with 10 home runs and 32 RBI on the year.       Brendan Donovan laced a go-ahead two-run single into left field in the eighth inning on Saturday night, propelling the Cardinals to a 7-6 victory over the Cubs.

      Advice: The Cardinals entered the eighth inning trailing 4-3, but that was erased on an RBI single by Matt Carpenter. Donovan then followed with a two-run single to give the Cardinals the lead, then he scored on an RBI triple off the bat of Lars Nootbaar.
