    • Takes sixth loss Saturday
Civale (2-6) was tagged with the loss against Washington on Saturday, allowing two runs on six hits and four walks while striking out two batters over 5.2 innings.

Advice: Civale threw only 58 of 102 pitches for strikes and handed out four free passes, but he managed to mostly weave out of trouble and finished one out shy of a quality start. Nonetheless, he ended up in the loss column since the Rays' offense gave him only one run of support. Civale has gone 14 straight outings without a victory, and he hasn't pitched well overall with a 5.79 ERA over that span. The right-hander has been better of late, though, giving up two or fewer earned runs while hurling at least five frames in five of his past seven starts. Rotowire.com 10 minutes ago

    • Tags Skenes for leadoff homer
Kelenic went 2-for-3 with a solo home run and a walk in Saturday's 2-1, extra-inning win against the Pirates.

Advice: Kelenic got to rookie phenom Paul Skenes for a solo homer to lead off the bottom of the first inning, though that was the only run Atlanta managed until Adam Duvall hit a walk-off single in the 10th frame. Kelenic has been hot of late, collecting three multi-hit efforts over his past five games. He's batting .474 (9-for-19) with two long balls, five RBI and a stolen base during that stretch. • Homers in victory Saturday
Busch went 2-for-4 with a two-run home run and a walk in Saturday's 5-3 win against Milwaukee.

Advice: Busch helped Chicago get off to a fast start by belting a two-run homer in the first inning. The long ball was just his second of June, though he's hit well outside of the power department with a .310 average over 24 contests. Busch has reached base via hit or walk in 21 of 24 games this month, and two of the three times he didn't do so were contests in which he didn't start. Rotowire.com Today, 9:57 pm

    • Records save Saturday
Neris earned a save against the Brewers on Saturday, allowing one hit and issuing one walk while striking out two batters over one scoreless inning.

Advice: Neris entered in the ninth inning with Chicago holding a two-run lead and got into a bit of hot water when two of the first three hitters he faced reach base. However, the veteran reliever bounced back to strike out the final two batters of the frame. Neris secured his 11th save of the season and recorded his third straight scoreless outing. That may have helped him steady his grip on the closer role to some extent after he blew two saves and gave up seven earned runs across 2.2 frames over three appearances between June 11 and June 17. • Belts first homer
Stubbs went 1-for-2 with a solo home run in Saturday's 3-2 loss to the Marlins.

Advice: The 31-year-old backstop got the Phillies on the board in the third inning by clubbing a Roddery Munoz sinker over the right-field fence. The homer was Stubbs' first of the season, and he's been making a modest impact since J.T. Realmuto (knee) was sidelined, hitting safely in nine of his last 10 games and batting .278 (10-for-36) over that stretch. Saturday's homer was his first of the season, while the RBI was his first since June 2. Rotowire.com Today, 8:54 pm

    • Pops eighth homer
Gordon went 2-for-4 with a solo home run in Saturday's 3-2 win over the Phillies.

Advice: The outfielder opened the scoring in the second inning by taking Aaron Nola deep. Gordon has hit safely in each of his last seven games, but through 21 contests in June he's still batting a sluggish .234 (15-for-64) with two of his eight homers and eight of his 29 RBI on the season. • Solid in no-decision
Munoz came away with a no-decision in Saturday's 3-2 win over the Phillies, giving up two runs on five hits and two walks over 4.2 innings. He struck out four.

Advice: The rookie right-hander exited the game after 79 pitches (50 strikes) in line for his fourth loss, despite the fact the Munoz allowed less than three runs for only the second time in his last six starts. A late rally by the Marlins took him off the hook, however. Munoz will take a 5.58 ERA, 1.41 WHIP and 38:20 K:BB through 40.1 innings into his next outing, which is scheduled to come at home next weekend against the White Sox. • Makes debut Saturday
Graceffo allowed a run on three hits and two walks while striking out four over 4.1 innings of relief in Saturday's 9-4 loss to the Reds.

Advice: Graceffo was called on for mop-up duty after an unusually poor start from Sonny Gray and an ineffective relief appearance by John King. The Cardinals' bullpen has been leaned on heavily late, and Graceffo was called up Friday to provide length after working as a starter with Triple-A Memphis. He has a 3.84 ERA, 1.35 WHIP and 70:29 K:BB over 75 innings with Memphis this year. It's unclear if the right-hander will stick around in the majors or return to Memphis after this 67-pitch appearance, which was his first in 10 days. Rotowire.com Today, 8:30 pm
    • Throws five scoreless
Hancock (back) didn't factor into the decision in a start with Triple-A Tacoma on Saturday, allowing five hits and three walks with two strikeouts across 5.1 scoreless innings.

Advice: Hancock was removed from his last start for Tacoma with lower-back tightness but wasn't forced to miss a turn in the rotation. The 25-year-old was a candidate to be called up after Bryan Woo (hamstring) was placed on the IL, but the Mariners opted to recall Jhonathan Diaz instead. It's unclear if Hancock's back flare-up impacted the Mariners decision. Hancock owns a 1.64 ERA across seven starts with Tacoma. Rotowire.com Today, 8:27 pm
