      Zack Littell allowed two runs on four hits in five innings in a win over the Mariners on Tuesday.

      Advice: Littell also struck out six and walked one while registering 14 whiffs on 38 swings for a 37 percent whiff rate and 33 percent CSW. His only mistake was on a two-run home run by Ty France in the fifth inning. That’s two straight solid starts for Littell, who has not pitched more than five innings since June 9th.       José Ramírez went 2-for-5 with a three-run homer on Tuesday, lifting the Guardians to a 10-8 win over the Orioles.

      Advice: Ramírez clobbered a three-run shot in the fourth inning to give Cleveland a commanding four-run advantage at the time. The 31-year-old fantasy star has gone deep three times over his last four games and is now up to 21 round-trippers this season already.     • M’s lose Bryan Woo to IL with hamstring strain
      Mariners placed RHP Bryan Woo on the 15-day injured list with a right hamstring strain.

      Advice: Woo has been phenomenal this season for Seattle, registering a microscopic 1.77 ERA, 0.69 WHIP and 28/3 K/BB ratio across 40 2/3 innings (eight starts), but has struggled to stay healthy. The 24-year-old righty was lifted from the fourth inning of Monday’s start against the Rays with a right hamstring tightness, and a subsequent MRI revealed a low-grade strain.     • Lands on IL with strained hamstring
      The Mariners placed Woo on the 15-day injured list Tuesday with a right hamstring strain, Shannon Drayer of SeattleSports.com reports.

      Advice: It's being classified as a low-grade strain, so perhaps Woo has a chance to return when his 15 days are up or shortly after. Emerson Hancock would normally be the obvious candidate to step into the Mariners' rotation in Woo's place, but his status is unclear after he exited his last start at Triple-A Tacoma with lower-back tightness.
