      Advice: Festa allowed 12 runs over his first 10 major-league innings in two starts, so this isn't a surprise. He'll likely be replaced by a relief pitcher with an official announcement before Friday's game. The 28-year-old lefty has allowed just three runs over 11 innings in his last two starts after surrendering eight runs over 1 1/3 innings against the Twins back on June 22. During that span, he had a 7.28 ERA over 29.2 innings and went 0-4. Sears is now at a 4.74 ERA, 1.27 WHIP and 68:30 K:BB through 95 innings over 18 starts this year.
