    Doval struck out one batter in a perfect inning to earn a save over the Rangers on Friday.

    Advice: Doval fired 10 of 15 pitches to quickly retire the Ragners' 3-4-5 hitters in order and finish off the 5-2 win. It was his first appearance since coughing up four runs against the Yankees on June 2. Doval has now converted 10 of his 12 save chances and Friday was his first successful attempt since May 24.     Yohan Ramírez recorded his seventh major league save by allowing only the automatic runner to score in the bottom of the 11th against the Yankees on Friday.

    Advice: Evan Phillips was off limits tonight after throwing 31 pitches Thursday, so Michael Grove got the 10th and Ramírez pitched the 11th. It was his first save since the final day of the 2022 season, when he was working for the Pirates.     Advice: The right-hander will be making his third start of the season for the Yankees and his second straight turn through the rotation. He struck out six over five innings while allowing three runs (two earned) in a winning effort against the Giants last Saturday following his call-up from Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre. Unless the Yankees get hit by another injury in their rotation, Poteet's stay in the majors will likely come to an end once Gerrit Cole (elbow) makes his expected return from the 60-day injured list later this month. Harris struck out seven while yielding three runs (one earned) over 5.2 innings against the Rays last week in his first start of the season with Oakland. Harris previously made two long-relief appearances for Oakland this season before drawing a start in Tampa Bay last Thursday, when he struck out seven and allowed three runs (one earned) over 5.2 frames in a no-decision. The southpaw has turned in a 7.67 ERA and 1.79 WHIP over his eight starts at Las Vegas this season and produced a 7.14 ERA over 63 innings in the big leagues in 2023, so fantasy managers should tread carefully with Harris for now even after his solid showing in his last outing.
