• Reinstated, optioned to Triple-A
Peraza (shoulder) was reinstated from the 10-day injured list and optioned to Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre on Sunday.

Advice: Peraza has been on the injured list since suffering a shoulder injury in February, but he began a rehab assignment May 7. Most recently, he went 0-for-4 with a strikeout in his only contest with Triple-A, where he will now remain for the time being. The organization will likely allow the 23-year-old to find his footing with Scranton/Wilkes-Barre before ultimately elevating him to the major-league roster down the road. • Doubles twice, steals base
Garcia went 2-for-4 with two doubles, two RBI, two runs scored and a steal in Sunday's win over Oakland.

Advice: Garcia doubled and scored in the first inning and knocked an RBI double in the fifth. He's gone 12-for-40 (.300) with six extra-base hits and eight RBI over his last nine games. On the year, Garcia's slash line is up to .249/.294/.402 with 11 stolen bases, 18 extra-base hits and 30 RBI through 46 games. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 7:58 pm
  • Ha-Seong Kim has jack and a bag in win on Sunday
Ha-Seong Kim homered, swiped a base, walked and scored a pair of runs on Sunday night, leading the Padres in a 9-1 shellacking of the Braves in Atlanta.

Advice: Kim led off the fourth inning with a single off of Bryce Elder, swiped second base and scored on a two-run double off the bat of Fernando Tatis Jr. He then walloped a 393-foot (100.7 mph EV) solo shot off of Ray Kerr in the seventh inning that extended the Padres’ lead to 9-0. The dynamic 28-year-old is now hitting .213/.326/.372 on the season to go along with six homers, 22 RBI and nine stolen bases. Rotoworld Yesterday, 7:05 pm

  • Elly De La Cruz strikes out four times in loss
Elly De La Cruz went 0-for-5 with four strikeouts in a loss to the Dodgers on Sunday.

Advice: After a tremendous first game of the series, De La Cruz finished the final three games against the Dodgers going 0-for-13 with eight strikeouts. He’s off to an absurd start to the season with 30 stolen bases and nine home runs in 47 games; however, he has started to give back some of his early plate discipline gains. De La Cruz now has 26 strikeouts to just five walks in May while going 14-for-65 at the plate for a .215 average. He’s an electric fantasy player and not somebody you’d ever take out of your lineup, but the 22-year-old remains a work in progress as far as his approach at the plate goes. While that gives him scary good upside, it also means that you should be ready for some prolonged cold streaks as well. Rotoworld Yesterday, 4:17 pm
  • Ryan McMahon homers in loss to Giants
Ryan McMahon went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in a loss to the Giants on Sunday.

Advice: McMahon took Jordan Hicks deep with a 377-foot shot that left the bat at 103.5 mph. He also added a 110 mph groundout and struck the ball well on Sunday. He now has seven home runs and 25 RBI on the season to go along with a .306/.387/.486 tripe slash. He’s been the best hitter on the Rockies and will continue to have underrated fantasy value while hitting the middle of their lineup. Rotoworld Yesterday, 3:46 pm
  • Jon Berti hits three-run homer versus White Sox
Jon Berti went 2-for-3 and hit a three-run homer versus the White Sox in Sunday’s win.

Advice: Berti’s first extra-base hit in 47 at-bats this season was a 366-foot fly that would have been a homer in two ballparks. We’d say the Yankees would have been better off playing him over Oswaldo Cabrera in recent weeks, but it hasn’t mattered much, and DJ LeMahieu is about to trump both players. • Maikel Garcia doubles twice, steals base in win
Maikel Garcia went 2-for-4 with two doubles, two RBI, two runs scored, and a stolen base on Sunday against the A’s.

Advice: Garcia has turned it on of late with hits in 19 of his last 21 games. The stolen base was also his 11th of the season, good for sixth most in the league. His strong contact quality and swing decisions point to his hot run continuing. Hitting ahead of Bobby Witt Jr. helps too. Rotoworld Yesterday, 2:39 pm
  • Rengifo has triple and RBI vs Rangers
Luis Rengifo went 1-for-3 with a walk, a triple, and an RBI in a win over the Rangers on Sunday.

Advice: Rengifo returned this weekend after being on the IL with an illness and was right back to the top of the batting order, which is good news for his fantasy value. His RBI triple in the seventh inning helped to pad the lead and his walk earlier in the game set him up for a stolen base attempt. While he was thrown out, the fact that he continues to lead off and run makes him a solid bet in most fantasy leagues. Rotoworld Yesterday, 2:38 pm

  • Alec Bohm knocks in five to take over MLB lead
Alec Bohm had a three-run homer and two sac flies to lead the Phillies to an 11-5 win over the Nationals on Sunday.

Advice: Bohm has had four six-RBI games in his career, including one last month, but this is the first time he’s finished with exactly five. He’s now the major league leader with 42 RBI, giving him one more than Marcell Ozuna and José Ramírez. With a .330/.389/.528 line in 47 games, he’s on track to make his All-Star debut this summer.
