    Advice: Lopez opened the scoring in the ballgame in the second inning with a run-scoring double off of Bryan Hoenig that scored Paul DeJong. He then added a ground-rule double in the fifth inning that plated Eloy Jimenez and would have driven in an additional run had the ball not taken an unfortunate bounce into the crowd.     Josh Smith was held out of Rangers’ starting lineup for Friday night’s matchup against the Rays due to glute tightness.
