• Homers again in loss
Harper went 2-for-4 with a solo home run in a 4-1 loss to the Tigers on Tuesday.

Advice: Harper provided the only offense for the Phillies, hitting a solo home run off Jason Foley in the ninth inning. It was the slugger's second consecutive day with a home run, and he has now gone a ridiculous 20-for-43 with five homers, 11 RBI and 13 runs scored over a current 10-game hitting streak. On the season, he is hitting .306 with 20 home runs, 57 RBI and 52 runs scored through 278 at-bats. Rotowire.com 55 minutes ago

  • Jake Meyers has three-hit night vs. Rockies
Jake Meyers went 3-for-4 with a double and an RBI in Tuesday’s win over the Rockies.

Advice: Meyers was responsible for three of the Astros’ nine hits on the night and was part of the team’s five-run first inning. Meyers singled in the first to drive in Yordan Alvarez from second and later came around to score himself. Despite the strong night, Meyers is hitting just .203 on the month but has a slash line of .260/.302/.392 on the season. Rotoworld Today, 8:10 pm

  • Allows four runs in loss
Suarez (10-2) took the loss against the Tigers on Tuesday, allowing four runs on nine hits and no walks with four strikeouts over six innings.

Advice: Suarez opened with four scoreless innings but ran into trouble in the fifth, allowing four runs on five hits in the frame. He rebounded with a scoreless sixth but departed with a 4-0 deficit. This was just the second time Suarez allowed four earned runs in an outing this season, as he had allowed only four total earned runs in 20.1 June innings prior to Tuesday. The lefty owns a 2.01 ERA, 0.93 WHIP and 99:19 K:BB this season and lines up for another start this weekend against the Marlins. Rotowire.com Today, 8:05 pm
  • Devers homers in loss to Blue Jays
Rafael Devers went 2-for-4 with a solo home run in a loss to the Blue Jays on Tuesday.

Advice: Devers’ home run was an absolute shot, traveling 467 feet at 111.2 mph. He also had a 112.6 mph double later in the game. The Red Sox star now has 16 home runs and 42 RBI to go along with a .285/.368/.559 slash line. It’s shaping up to be another tremendous season for the 27-year-old. Rotoworld Today, 7:00 pm

  • Bryce Harper crushes 20th homer in loss to Tigers
Bryce Harper went 2-for-4 with his 20th home run of the season on Tuesday in the Phillies’ loss to the Tigers.

Advice: Harper broke up a potential shutout with a ninth-inning blast against Tigers stopper Jason Foley with the Phillies trailing by four runs at the time. It may have been a garbage-time round-tripper, but fantasy managers certainly won’t complain. The 31-year-old fantasy superstar has gone deep five times over his last six contests and is up to 20 big flies on the year already. If he stays healthy, Harper has a realistic shot at surpassing his previous career-high mark (42) in the home run department, which he set all the way back in 2015. Rotoworld Today, 5:51 pm

  • Ranger Suárez stumbles in loss to Tigers
Ranger Suárez allowed four runs over six innings on Tuesday in a loss to the Tigers.

Advice: Suárez was simply outdueled by Tigers ace Tarik Skubal on Tuesday night at Comerica Park as the pair traded zeroes until the fifth inning when Detroit’s lineup struck for four runs on five hits in the frame. He finished with four punchouts and didn’t hand out a free pass. It was just the second time this season through 16 starts that he’s allowed four earned runs or more. He’s in line for an extremely favorable home matchup on Sunday against the Marlins. Rotoworld Today, 5:50 pm
  • Daulton Varsho remains out Tuesday with back issue
Daulton Varsho (back) remains out of the lineup for Tuesday’s game against the Red Sox.

Advice: Varsho has been held out of Toronto’s lineup for three consecutive games due to back tightness, but appears to be available off the bench for now. It doesn’t sound like a serious concern, but the Blue Jays clearly don’t want to push it and potentially make things worse. He’s day-to-day for now. Rotoworld Today, 1:29 pm

  • On bench again
Varsho (back) is out of the lineup for Tuesday's game against the Red Sox.

Advice: Varsho will be out of the starting nine for the third straight game after tweaking his back Saturday. Kevin Kiermaier will make another start in center field and bat ninth Tuesday. Rotowire.com Today, 1:25 pm

  • Getting day off
Arozarena is out of the lineup for Tuesday's game against the Mariners.
