• Allows four runs in loss
Castillo (6-9) took the loss against the Rays on Tuesday, allowing four runs on five hits and four walks with four strikeouts over 5.1 innings.

Advice: Castillo surrendered a leadoff home run to Yandy Diaz in the first inning and an RBI single to Jose Siri in the second. He responded with three scoreless frames but was pulled after walking two batters in the sixth. Both baserunners scored, resulting in the third time Castillo has yielded at least four earned runs in June. The 31-year-old owns a 3.79 ERA, 1.21 WHIP and 100:30 K:BB over 99.2 innings this season and lines up to face the Orioles next week. Rotowire.com 29 minutes ago
  • India has two hits, two steals in loss
Jonathan India went 2-for-2 with two walks, three runs scored, and two steals in a loss to the Pirates on Tuesday.

Advice: India is enjoying a tremendous month of June, going 26-for-72 (.361) with two home runs, 15 runs scored, and three steals. India has also been leading off since TJ Friedl went on the IL, which is more good news for his fantasy value. With Noelvi Marte also nearing a return and this Reds lineup getting deeper, India’s fantasy stock is on the rise. Rotoworld Today, 7:26 pm

  • Mitch Keller escapes with win over Reds
Mitch Keller allowed four runs (three earned) on six hits in 5 2/3 innings in a win over the Reds on Tuesday.

Advice: Keller struck out six and walked three on the day; however, he got just eight whiffs on 48 swings for a 17 percent whiff rate and 29 percent CSW. Keller’s command was good in this one, which led to 22 called strikes and helped him get through without the most dynamic stuff. He’ll look for a smoother rice against the Cardinals next time out. • Luis Castillo chased in 6th in loss to Rays
Luis Castillo allowed four runs on five hits in 5 1/3 innings in a loss to the Rays on Tuesday.

Advice: The Mariners ace struck out four and walked four on the day. He wasn’t sharp, with just a 44 percent zone rate on the day, but he had kept it together until the sixth inning. With the game tied at two, Castillo got one quick out but walked the next two hitters and was chased from the game. Michael Baumann then allowed a triple and a home run to bring in both inherited runners. Castillo had nine whiffs on 44 swings for a 20 percent whiff rate and 29 percent CSW on the day. We can probably chalk this up to a poor start, but it’s his second straight one so we’d like to see him right the ship next time out. The only problem is that the start comes against the Orioles. • Jordan Westburg reaches five times in losing effort
Jordan Westburg went 4-for-4 with an RBI on Tuesday in the Orioles’ loss to the Guardians.

Advice: Westburg wound up reaching base safely in all five of his plate appearances on Tuesday night in a high-scoring affair at Camden Yards. The 25-year-old infielder has vastly outperformed expectations in the first half, batting .283 (79-for-279) with 40 runs scored, 13 homers, 46 RBI and six stolen bases across 73 games. • Riley Greene leads Tigers to win over Phillies
Riley Greene hit an RBI triple on Tuesday, propelling the Tigers to a 4-1 win over the Phillies.

Advice: Greene capped off Detroit’s four-run outburst in the fourth inning with a run-scoring triple to right field off Phillies starter Ranger Suárez. It wound up being his lone hit during a low-scoring affair at pitcher-friendly Comerica Park. The 23-year-old former top prospect has managed to stay healthy and finally make the leap to upper-echelon fantasy contributor status this season with an .850 OPS to go along with 50 runs scored, 15 homers, 41 RBI and four steals through 78 contests. • David Fry in Tuesday’s lineup at DH vs. Orioles
David Fry (elbow) is in the lineup for Tuesday’s game against the Orioles.

Advice: Fry is back in Cleveland’s lineup for the second straight contest after making an early exit from Sunday’s game agains the Blue Jays due to right elbow inflammation. It obviously doesn’t seem like a massive concern going forward. Rotoworld Today, 1:11 pm

  • Kyle Tucker (shin) ‘close’ to resuming running
Kyle Tucker (shin) progressed to taking swings on Sunday and could resume running within the next few days.

Advice: The revelation comes courtesy of a team statement. It’s a welcome relief for fantasy managers as we were honestly starting to wonder whether Tucker was dealing with something more serious than merely a shin contusion. He’ll need at least a couple minor league rehab contests to get back up to speed after he’s ready to get back into game action, but it doesn’t sound like he’s too far away from making it back to Houston. • Takes swings, could run soon
Tucker (shin) took swings off a tee Sunday and could be cleared to begin running soon, Chandler Rome of The Athletic reports.

Advice: Tucker's recovery from a right shin contusion has dragged on longer than anticipated, but it looks like he's finally turned a corner as he resumes baseball activities. He's more than three weeks removed from suffering the injury and still has some hoops to jump through, so he could require a rehab assignment before rejoining the Astros' active roster.
