    • Hit by comebacker
Suarez was removed from Saturday's game against the Cardinals after being struck by a 106.1 MPH comebacker in the second inning, Alex Coffey of The Philadelphia Inquirer reports. Suarez didn't allow a baserunner and struck out two hitters over two innings.

Advice: It's unclear exactly what part of Suarez's body was hit, as the ball tracked toward his midsection where his arms were tucked to brace for the impact. The primary concern would be an injury to his throwing arm; however, we likely won't have any updates on the Phillies' ace until after the game. Suarez's next start is scheduled for June 8, giving him a full week between outings to heal and recover. Rotowire.com 6 minutes ago
    • Delivers another quality start
Crochet didn't factor into the decision in an extra-innings loss to the Brewers on Saturday, allowing one run on five hits and a walk over six innings. He struck out eight.

Advice: Crochet's now logged quality starts in five of his last six outings, posting a stellar 1.03 ERA in that span (35 innings). The 24-year-old left-hander continues to provide a bright spot on a rebuilding White Sox team -- Crochet's ERA is down to 3.49 on the year with a 0.93 WHIP and 93 strikeouts, good for second most in the league. He'll look to keep rolling in his next outing, currently slated for next week at home against Boston. Rotowire.com 6 minutes ago

    • Alec Marsh surrenders five in loss to Padres
Alec Marsh went five innings while allowing five runs in a loss Saturday to the Padres.

Advice: Marsh, 26, dealt with control and command issues in this one, as he allowed seven hits, three walks and threw 49-of-80 pitches for strikes. It makes back-to-back outings where the right-hander has allowed five earned runs, but he pitched much better against Minnesota on Monday than this outing. Marsh gets a chance to rebound next weekend against Seattle in Kansas City. Rotoworld 14 minutes ago
    • Randy Vasquez coughs up three runs in victory
Randy Vasquez struck out five while allowing three runs over five innings in a win over the Royals on Saturday.

Advice: Vasquez allowed four hits and one walk. All three runs allowed came on hits by Vinnie Pasquantino, as Pasquaninto hit a two-run homer and RBI single off the right-hander. Outside of that the 25-year-old was relatively effective, and good enough for a win with seven runs of run support. Rotoworld 14 minutes ago
    • Jimenez picks up first save Saturday
Dany Jimenez picked up the save against the Braves on Saturday.

Advice: Athletics closer Mason Miller was given the day off. Miller threw two innings and 32 pitches on Thursday against the Rays. Jimenez was called up on Friday and has experience closing games for Oakland with 11 saves in 2022. It’s safe to assume the next save opportunity will go to Miller, but Jimenez might be in line for more saves if Miller were to get injured or traded. Rotoworld 14 minutes ago
    • Two hits, three RBI in win
Kim went 2-for-4 with a double, a triple, three RBI and a run scored in Saturday's 7-3 win over the Royals.

Advice: Kim led off the third inning with a triple before coming around to score on a Luis Arraez sacrifice fly. He'd then provide what proved to be the game-deciding hit in the fourth, driving in three runs with a base-clearing double to put the Padres ahead 5-3. Kim's now 4-for-10 with three extra-base hits in his last three games. After a slow start to the year, he's gotten his slash line up to .222/.332/.384 with seven homers, 31 runs scored, 27 RBI and 13 steals across 60 contests. Rotowire.com 15 minutes ago
