    • Throws bullpen session
Phillips (hamstring) threw another bullpen session Saturday, Mike DiGiovanna of the Los Angeles Times reports.

Advice: Saturday's mound session was Phillips' second since landing on the injured list May 5 with a strained right hamstring. He still has yet to face live hitters, but manager Dave Roberts said after Phillips' session that the right-hander is roughly a week away from rejoining Los Angeles' bullpen. • Christopher Morel walks off the Cubs on Saturday
Christopher Morel went 1-for-3, driving in the winning run in the Cubs’ 1-0 win over the Pirates on Saturday.

Advice: The Cubs and Pirates were scoreless going into the bottom of the ninth in what turned out to be a pitcher’s duel. Cody Bellinger reached scoring position with a one-out double off David Bednar. Morel followed with a base hit to walk it off, bringing Bellinger home for the winning run. The 24-year-old slugger is hitting .217/.300/.416 with nine homers, 32 RBI, and four steals across 190 plate appearances. Rotoworld Yesterday, 1:38 pm

    • Sitting down Saturday
D'Arnaud (head) isn't in Atlanta's lineup for Saturday's game against the Padres.

Advice: D'Arnaud exited Friday's contest with dizziness after taking a foul ball off his facemask, but he was cleared of a concussion immediately after the game. As a precaution, Atlanta will give the 35-year-old backstop the next two days off, but he is available to play in an emergency situation, per Mark Bowman of MLB.com. Chadwick Tromp will fill in behind the dish Saturday and Sunday. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 12:50 pm
    • Travis d’Arnaud sitting out Saturday vs. Padres
Travis d’Arnaud (head) is not in the lineup for Saturday’s contest against the Padres.

Advice: No surprise here after d’Arnaud was removed from Friday’s game after experiencing dizziness following a foul ball to the mask. Initial tests indicated he didn’t suffer a concussion, but he’s had four concussions already in his career, so the Braves are going to proceed with caution. He’s day-to-day with a head contusion for the moment. Rotoworld Yesterday, 12:38 pm
    • Notches 13th save
Holmes walked one and struck out two in a scoreless ninth inning Friday to record his 13th save of the season in a 4-2 win over the White Sox.

Advice: The right-hander is back in a four-way tie for the league lead in saves with Emmanuel Clase, Kyle Finnegan and Ryan Helsley, but Holmes is the only one of the quartet who still sports a 0.00 ERA. The closer's luck on that front will run out eventually, but his 0.98 WHIP and 23:4 K:BB through 19.1 innings highlight how dominant he's been to this point. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 7:21 am

    • Diagnosed with bruised head
D'Arnaud was diagnosed with a head contusion after leaving Friday's game against the Padres in the sixth inning, David O'Brien of The Athletic reports.

Advice: D'Arnaud reported dizziness after taking a foul ball off his facemask during the fifth inning. Manager Brian Snitker said that d'Arnaud passed all the initial tests for a potential concussion, but the team will evaluate him again Saturday before making a decision on his status. • Travis d’Arnaud leaves game with head contusion
Travis d’Arnaud was pulled from Friday night’s battle against the Padres due to a head contusion.

Advice: The 35-year-old backstop was dizzy after taking a foul ball off of his mask, prompting his removal from the game. The good news, is that he passed the initial concussion tests without issue, but he will be evaluated again on Saturday before the team makes a determination on his status. For now, he should be considered day-to-day. Rotoworld Friday, 7:32 pm
    • Clay Holmes nails down 13th save
Clay Holmes struck out two White Sox to earn the save on Friday. He also walked one.

Advice: Holmes has arguably been the best relief pitcher in baseball this season not named Mason Miller. Yet to allow an earned run, he suppresses hard contact at an impressive clip and is running a career best 29 K%. Rotoworld Friday, 7:08 pm

    • Exits with dizziness
D'Arnaud was removed from Friday's game against San Diego due to dizziness.

Advice: D'Arnaud took a foul ball off his facemask in the fifth inning and did not take the field for the sixth. He'll be evaluated for a possible concussion, but even if he's cleared it wouldn't be a surprise if Chadwick Tromp got the start Saturday. Rotowire.com Friday, 6:19 pm
