  • Aaron Hicks (shoulder) pinch-hits Saturday
Aaron Hicks (shoulder) grounded out as a pinch-hitter and remained in the game in Saturday's loss to the Red Sox.

Advice: It was Hicks' first plate appearance since April 22, as he's been battling bursitis in his left shoulder. The shoulder issue probably isn't behind him, but Hicks could start seeing starts against lefties again. Rotoworld.com Today, 5:09 am

  • Rea allows two runs over six innings in win
Colin Rea picked up a quality start and his second win of the season on Saturday versus the Dodgers, allowing two runs in six innings.

Advice: This is realistically what Rea can be at the big-league level, a guy who throws strikes, eats innings and collects quality starts. He'll struggle when he falls behind in counts -- like he did to Chase Utley in the third inning -- but he always seems to be just effective enough. The right-hander has allowed more than three runs in just one outing this year and now owns a 4.61 ERA in 27.1 innings with an unimpressive 22/13 K/BB ratio. He'll next get the red-hot Mets at home. • Story doubles and triples in win over DBacks
Trevor Story went 2-for-5 with a double and a triple, driving in three runs in Saturday's win over the Diamondbacks.

Advice: Story has his unsightly warts, but he calls Coors home and hits for enough power to potentially be an upper-crust option at the shortstop position. His two-run triple in the ninth proved to be the go-ahead hit for the Rockies. He's now hitting .261/.324/.696 in 21 games and has a combined 17 extra-base hits and 20 RBI. Of course, he has those 37 strikeouts in just 102 PA lurking in the background as a potential ball-and-chain. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 9:18 pm
  • Rusin goes five scoreless in his first start
Chris Rusin baffled the Diamondbacks in Saturday's victory, tossing five scoreless innings on just one hit, while striking out six.

Advice: Rusin was lifted after five innings, as it was only his first start of the year and he’s not yet stretched out, but he was very good in a difficult ballpark. The lefty had a 77.8 percent ground-ball rate and struck out more than a batter per inning. Yeah, he walked three, but getting out of Arizona with only one hit allowed is a job well done -- especially when the other option was trotting Jordan Lyles out for another start. Rusin still isn’t worth picking up in fantasy leagues, even with the strong showing. He has a 1.69 ERA in 16 innings and will face the Giants on the road, if he continues to get the ball every fifth day. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 9:03 pm
  • Rosenthal: Braun trade becoming more realistic
According to Fox Sports' Ken Rosenthal, the possibility of the Brewers trading Ryan Braun is becoming "more realistic."

Advice: If the Brewers want to sell high, now would be the time to do it. Braun has gotten off to a great start, hitting .333 with five homers and 18 RBI over his first 22 games. The Brewers are sitting at 8-15 right now and things probably aren't going to get much better as the season wears on. Braun still has four years left on his contract so there's no immediate incentive to move him, though trading him to acquire prospects wouldn't be a bad move as Milwaukee looks to rebuild. The 32-year-old has the power to veto a trade to any team except the Angels, Dodgers, Marlins, Nationals and Rays. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 9:01 pm
