- RHP Bryan Bullington, who pitched briefly for Toronto last year, signed a minor league deal with the Royals. Bullington was the No. 1 overall pick in the 2002 draft by the Pirates, but he is 0-5 with a 5.08 ERA in 13 big-league games for Pittsburgh, Cleveland and Toronto.(Yahoo! Sports)
