Happy March! We have meaningful baseball played this month! I went through and removed the few teams that did not respond to rejoin the league. I did send each removed team a new invite, in case they missed the previous request to confirm.

If anyone has a friend or family member that is interested in joining, drop me an email address in the chat and I will send out an invite. Last year I ran into an issue with filling up to 20 teams and I believe it was based on the volume of leagues that seem to be open on the yahoo site these days. Not many people are clicking through multiple pages of open leagues to find anything specific. So, I think out best bet is to bring in some newbies via invite, if possible.

Either way, I will update the league post in the yahoo available list and hopefully we will get some new blood and back up to our usual 20. As of this post, the draft is set for Sunday, March 24th and it's looking like that is going to be the day. Once we start getting new teams, a lot of them are joining based on availability for the live draft. We will miss the first series between the Dodgers/Padres that starts on March 20th, but I think that may give us a late boost for people joining if we still need to fill up at that time, too.

Welcome back for the 2024 Fantasy Baseball Season!

I renewed all teams from last year and bumped our available teams back up to the 20 that we have historically run with. Please reach out to me at jchughes13@yahoo.com and inform me if you plan to rejoin the league again this year. On March 1st, I will remove any managers that have not responded and open those spots up to new managers.

If anyone has rule change or other settings suggestions, now is the time to discuss. I have tentatively set the draft for Sunday, March 24th @ 6p Eastern Time. That time is just a placeholder for now unless a majority of returning teams want to keep that slot.
