I have removed the team owner who missed the draft and has only bothered to log in once since inception. I apologize as I should have removed him due to his poor rating prior. We are looking for a new owner for this team. Until then I will manage the day to day operations of the team to field their best lineups and maintain league integrity. The team can trade so field trade offers subject to normal trade rules. The dormant team will be disallowed from making trades with my team though to avoid any semblance of collusion as I am the sole evaluator of trades.

We will kind of play it by ear going into next year, if I can find a reliable owner (I am in several dynasty leagues) to rehabilitate the team and build it into a contender, we'll proceed business as usual. But if not we'll wait and see if another owner drops out in which case we'll probably be looking at a contraction down to ten teams (this is not unusual for first year keeper/dynasty leagues, often there are a couple of owners who drop out leaving the commish/rest of the league to deal with the situation).
