  • Keeper Day is around the corner! A refresher:

    1) On your Team/Keepers page, check the box next to each & every player you want to keep, up to 26. Get it the way you want it by Midnight on Thursday, b/c Yahoo locks your choices at midnight; No Mulligans!

    2) Also by Midnight Pacific on Thursday, email or text me your 3 Bonus NA's. I'll then send out the full list to all on Friday AM. If one of your NAs becomes a non-NA after you submit on Thurs and *before Friday AM, you can adjust your choices. Once I send out the full league Bonus NA list via email, that list is *final regardless of whether a player's NA status changes before the Draft, which is Sunday 3/17 (!) at 4:30 Pacific -- ie same goes for a player who switches from non-NA to NA.

    3) The 3 Bonus NAs do NOT take up any of your 26 draft slots on Sunday! Your regular Keepers do! So, if you have 15 Keepers plus the 3 Bonus NA's, what's the first round you get to draft someone from the FA pool? The 16th! Got it?

    4) Those 3 Bonus NAs are NOT automatically to your roster by Yahoo, so it's important that you don't draft anyone's Bonus NAs on Sunday --- including your own! So, if you're autodrafting (or otherwise), be sure to move those 60 Bonus NA's into the far left column in your Pre-Draft Rankings. Or just don't draft them. If you draft one of those guys, you'll lose that round's draft pick.

    5) After the Sunday draft, I will manually add your 3 Bonus NAs to your roster.

    6) As for the Draft, Yahoo doesn't let me set the Draft Order until after the Thurs Midnight Keeper Deadline. But it's same as usual. In order, 6th-20th place from last season, then 5th-1st. (The two newbies will do a coin flip to see which abandoned roster's draft slot they each get.) And indeed, Friday is also the day, I excruciatingly, manually add everyone *regular* Keepers to your rosters. It takes awhile, but I usually have it done by late AM on Friday.

    7) And again, the Draft is Sunday at 4:30 Pacific. We'll probably do a pre-draft Zoom again starting at 4 Pacific? Yakety usually honchos/hosts.
