Here are the guidelines for next season, so as to make this league identical to Scenic City B League. So keepers are back, as it shortens the draft by 20-30 minutes for 5 rounds less.
1. Keepers:
a.) 3 Hitters
b.) 2 Pitchers
2. Divisions:
a.) Rock City Division is for those finishing 1st, 4th, 7th & 10th during regular season.
b.) Northshore Division is for those finishing 2nd, 5th, 8th & 11th during regular season.
c.) Riverbend Division is for those finishing 3rd, 6th, 9th & 12th during regular season.
*Division winner is NOT an automatic playoff spot since we play against everyone twice.

5. Playoff Rules:
a.) The playoffs will be 6 teams, unless...
b.) The 8th place team has at least 10 wins...then it will be 8 team playoff.
6. Roster Helps
a.) 5 DL spots
b.) 5 NA spots (use for players who are NA or as a minor league for top prospects)
