NEW THIS YEAR - The season is shortened 1 week to avoid key players not playing due to postseason preparations.
--- Your Budget will remain $260
--- 25 roster spots that must be filled.
--- Must pay each player a minimum of $1
--- Players may be Re-signed for $5 more than last contract.
--- Any player added during the season via Free Agency will hold value of $1 (unless player was bought in auction originally, thus holding value of original contract).
--- Any player traded will hold value of original contract.
--- Keepers are placed on cant cut list, but may be traded.
--- Each keeper dropped will result in a $15 penalty off your Budget next year.(MLB-P, Mismanaged Talent, and A*Teamers will be penalized $15 this season 2018)
--- Any players not Re-signed will enter the Auction.
--- Any unused money will not be added to your salary cap next season or your (FAAB).

First Round Player Selling Option
--- Each team has the option to sell 1 keeper in the first round of nominations.
--- The selling team pays the keeper cost, but gets the total amount the player sells for.
--- The player loses his keeper tag and will not be subject to penalties.

--- Any unused auction $ or increased budget does not carry over to next year.
