      Shohei Ohtani’s former interpreter, Ippei Mizuhara is pleading guilty to multiple charges including bank fraud and subscribing to a false tax return, according to the Associated Press.

      Advice: Mizuhara has agreed to plead guilty to bank and tax fraud in a case where federal prosecutors allege he stole nearly $17 million from Ohtani to pay off sports gambling debts to an illegal bookmaking operation.       The Angels transferred Rendon (hamstring) from the 10-day injured list to the 60-day IL on Thursday, Sam Blum of The Athletic reports.

      Advice: The transaction clears a spot on the 40-man roster for the newly acquired Luis Guillorme. Rendon suffered a high-grade partial tear of his left hamstring nearly three weeks ago and now won't be eligible to return until June 21.
