    • Collects three RBI in win
Ozuna went 1-for-2 with a double, three RBI and a run scored in Friday's 6-1 victory over Pittsburgh.

Advice: The veteran designated hitter faced Martin Perez in the third inning with the bases loaded and laced a bases-clearing double to push Atlanta's lead to 4-0. Ozuna keeps his hot June cooking as he entered slashing .286/.369/.505 with five homers, 15 runs scored and 15 RBI over 103 plate appearances before this performance. The 33-year-old looks bound for his third All-Star appearance, as he's hitting .304 with 21 homers, 47 runs scored and 67 RBI total this season. Rotowire.com 15 minutes ago

    • Ronel Blanco can’t overcome red-hot Mets
Ronel Blano was pulled after 5 2/3 innings after allowing six runs, three earned, on Friday against the Mets. He struck out five and walked three in a loss.

Advice: Blanco pitched fine Friday. His three unearned runs came as a result of an Alex Bregman two-out error that allowed Jeff McNeil to sneak a ball just over the right field fence in the next at-bat. That was the Mets’ third home run of the game as Tyrone Taylor and Pete Alonso also left the yard. He still missed plenty of bats with 12 whiffs on the day and would have earned his fourth straight quality start if Bregman had fielded that ground ball cleanly. Rotoworld 39 minutes ago

    • Austin Riley homers again
Austin Riley went 1-for-4 with a solo home run, walk, and two runs scored on Friday against the Pirates.

Advice: Remember when Riley was having a bad season? Me neither. The homer was his ninth this season and fifth in two weeks as his OPS rose to .749. He and the Braves lineup have finally turned the corner. Rotoworld 51 minutes ago

    • Disastrous outing in loss
Mikolas (6-7) was hit with the loss against the Reds on Thursday, allowing 10 runs (nine earned) on 12 hits and one walk over 4.1 inning. He struck out one.

Advice: Things got ugly in a hurry for Mikolas as the veteran gave up runs in each of the first five innings before finally being relieved by John King. The nine earned runs allowed easily marked a season high for the right-hander, as did the 12 hits he surrendered. Mikolas had gone at least six innings in six consecutive starts coming in, allowing three or fewer runs in five of those outings. Thursday also marked his first loss since May 31 against the Phillies. Rotowire.com Today, 3:52 am

    • Mikolas hammered for 10 runs in loss Thursday
Miles Mikolas allowed 10 runs (nine earned) in 4 1/3 innings and took the loss against the Reds on Thursday.

Advice: Mikolas gave up 12 hits, walked one and struck out one. This was a disaster of a start for Mikolas. He only allowed one home run, but the Reds had a hit parade against Mikolas, who allowed a .478 BABIP in this start. Mikolas was hit hard as eight of the 12 hits went for extra bases including six doubles, a triple by Elly De La Cruz and a home run off the bat of Spencer Steer. He’s seen his ERA go from 4.59 to 5.32 in his last two starts. The 35-year-old right-hander will look to turn the page against the Pirates on the road next week.

    • Receiving afternoon off
Bailey is out of the lineup for Thursday's game against the Cubs, Susan Slusser of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.

Advice: Bailey will get a breather for Thursday's day game after he started behind the plate in both of the first two games of the series. Curt Casali will spell him at catcher, forming a battery with starting pitcher Jordan Hicks. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 10:10 am

    • Tagged early in loss
Fedde (5-3) took the loss against the Dodgers on Wednesday, allowing four runs on five hits and one walk over six innings while striking out five.

Advice: Fedde got off to a rough start, surrendering a leadoff home run to Shohei Ohtani to open the game before getting tagged for another three runs in the third. The right-handed veteran would allow just one more hit over his final three frames, but the damage had already been done as the White Sox's offense failed to provide any run support. Fedde has now gone at least six innings in four consecutive starts and hasn't walked more than one batter in any of his six outings this month. He currently holds a 25:3 K:BB in June to go along with a 3.48 ERA. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 4:34 am

    • Hurls complete-game shutout
Stone (9-2) picked up the win over the White Sox on Wednesday, allowing four hits and no walks in a complete-game shutout while striking out seven.

Advice: Stone was spectacular Wednesday, matching his season high with seven strikeouts en route to recording the first complete game of his major-league career. The right-hander retired the side in order in five of his nine frames and didn't allow a runner to reach second base outside of a leadoff double from Gavin Sheets to open the second. Stone has now won each of his last five decisions (spanning six starts) and has also posted at least six strikeouts in five of his last six outings. Furthermore, Wednesday marked the first time that he didn't walk a batter in his last five starts. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 4:23 am

    • Plates three in win
Neto went 2-for-4 with a three-RBI double and a run scored during Wednesday's 5-2 win over the Athletics.

Advice: Neto participated in four of the Angels' five runs Wednesday, highlighted by a go-ahead three-run double in the sixth inning off Austin Adams. The outing marked Neto's first three-RBI game of 2024 and was his second time in three games generating multiple hits. On the year, Neto is slashing .256/.307/.439 with 10 homers and 10 stolen bases over 284 plate appearances. Rotowire.com Wednesday, 11:03 pm
