      Vladimir Guerrero Jr. swiped his second base of the season and scored the Blue Jays’ lone run in Saturday’s loss to the Pirates.

      Advice: The 25-year-old slugger smacked a one-out single off of Mitch Keller in the sixth inning, advanced to second on a line drive off the bat of Bo Bichette and scored the Jays’ only run on a two-out RBI single by Dan Vogelbach.       Advice: Darvish had to make an early exit from his start Wednesday against Miami due to hamstring problems, but the issue appears to instead be groin-related.       Padres placed RHP Yu Darvish on the 15-day injured list with a left groin strain.

      Advice: Darvish was originally believed to be dealing with a hamstring issue, but it turns out to be a groin strain that will keep him sidelined for at least a few weeks. The 37-year-old righty lasted just three innings on Wednesday against the Marlins before exiting due to hamstring tightness and holds a solid 3.20 ERA, 1.07 WHIP and a 53/15 K/BB ratio over 56 1/3 innings (11 starts) this season.
