    • Requires another rehab start
Miller (shoulder) is scheduled for a rehab start Friday with Triple-A Oklahoma City after he allowed four runs on five hits and a walk over 3.1 innings Saturday for Single-A Rancho Cucamonga, Eric Stephen of SBNation.comreports.

Advice: Dodgers manager Dave Roberts said Saturday that Miller experienced some reduced velocity, but it doesn't appear to be injury related. The right-hander threw 65 pitches and will continue building up his workload to about five innings as he moves up to the Triple-A level. An additional start after that hasn't been ruled out, but Miller could rejoin the Dodgers if Friday's outing goes to plan. Rotowire.com 23 minutes ago

    • Reaches twice in loss
Greene went 2-for-4 with a run scored and an RBI in Saturday's 6-3 loss to the Red Sox.

Advice: That's now consecutive two-hit games for Greene, who has his batting average up to .244. While that's a dip from the .288 figure he recorded last season, he's sitting with an identical .796 OPS so far, thanks to an early power surge. Greene has blasted 10 home runs across 57 games after going deep only 11 times in 99 games last year. The 23-year-old seems primed to set a new career high in long balls in 2024, and it could happen soon if he stays locked in at the plate. Rotowire.com 49 minutes ago

    • Earns eighth save
Hader picked up a save against the Twins on Saturday, striking out one batter over a scoreless inning.

Advice: It was a relatively easy save chance for Hader, as he entered with a three-run lead. The southpaw had worked in a non-save situation in each of his previous three appearances, though he's clearly still in control of Houston's closer role. Hader has had a few rough outings this season but is 8-for-9 in save chances and has allowed just three earned runs and struck out 33 batters over his past 19.1 innings. • Two hits, stolen base in win
Ramirez went 2-for-4 with two runs scored and a stolen base in a 3-2 win over the Nationals on Saturday.

Advice: Ramirez singled and came around to score in the first then stole second and scored from there on a wild pitch in the third. Ramirez hit .295 with 11 home runs, 33 RBI and four stolen bases during a torrid May and picked up right where he left off to open June. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 7:17 pm

    • Stumbles vs. Oakland
Sale allowed eight runs on nine hits and a walk over four innings against the A's on Saturday. He struck out four.

Advice: It was a rough day for Sale, who allowed six runs over his first two innings before Brent Rooker added two more with a home run in the fourth. Sale hadn't allowed more than one run in six straight starts prior to Saturday while recording eight or more strikeouts in each of his last five outings. Overall, the veteran left-hander is 8-1 on the season with a 3.06 ERA, 0.95 WHIP and 82:10 K:BB across 67.2 innings. Sale will look to right the ship in his next start, currently scheduled for next week in Washington. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 5:14 pm

    • Josh Hader fires scoreless inning for save vs. Twins
Josh Hader worked a scoreless inning to get a save against the Twins on Saturday.

Advice: Hader did allow a walk and didn’t strike anyone out, but he was able to escape without a run while picking up his eighth save of the season. The 30-year-old should continue to be one of the finest closing options for the remainder of 2024. Rotoworld Yesterday, 5:01 pm

    • Sale allows eight runs in no-decision
Chris Sale allowed eight runs in four innings and got a no-decision against the Athletics on Saturday.

Advice: Sale allowed nine hits, walked one and struck out four. He was due for a bad start after a dominant stretch where he won his last seven consecutive starts. He had his worst outing of the year against the Athletics. It’s the only time Sale was unable to complete five innings in 11 tries this year. His ERA increased from 2.11 to 3.06. The 35-year-old left-hander will look to get back on track against the Nationals on the road next week. Rotoworld Yesterday, 4:24 pm

    • José Ramírez scores twice in win over Nationals
José Ramírez went 2-for-4 with two runs scored and a stolen base in the Guardians 3-2 win over the Nationals on Saturday.

Advice: Ramírez knocked a base hit in the first inning and scored on a single by Kyle Manzardo. He knocked another base hit to lead off the third and stole second before scoring from second on a wild pitch. The 31-year-old third baseman has been on a tear over the last month. He’s hitting .276/.332/.553 with 16 homers, 44 runs scored, 57 RBI, and nine steals across 250 plate appearances. Rotoworld Yesterday, 3:49 pm

    • Sitting Saturday
O'Hoppe is not in the starting lineup Saturday versus the Mariners, Rhett Bollinger of MLB.com reports.

Advice: O'Hoppe will get a breather after he went 2-for-15 with two solo home runs and three runs scored while starting the last four contests. Matt Thaiss will draw the start at catcher and bat sixth against Seattle. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 12:08 pm
