      Langford went 2-for-3 with a double, two RBI and a stolen base in a 5-3 victory versus the Mets on Wednesday.

      Advice: Langford logged an RBI on a based-loaded hit-by-pitch in the first inning and added a run-scoring single in the sixth. The rookie finished with his sixth multi-hit effort in June and pushed his batting average up to .288 on the month. That's a nice improvement after Langford batted just .222 coming into June, and the added hits have helped him become more of a run producer.       Bobby Witt Jr. went 2-for-4 with a double and an RBI against the A’s on Wednesday.

      Advice: After knocking a base hit in the first inning, Witt Jr. drove in the only run of the game for the Royals with a double in the fifth to plate Nelson Velázquez. The 24-year-old shortstop has been one of the top fantasy producers, slashing .323/.372/.545 with 11 homers, 59 runs scored, 52 RBI, and 21 steals across 333 plate appearances.       Advice: Gausman allowed an unearned run in the third inning then surrendered solo home runs in the fourth and fifth. He was pulled after yielding an RBI single with two outs in the sixth and was charged with another run when an inherited runner scored on an RBI single off reliever Tim Mayza. Gausman only generated two swinging strikes on his splitter and has now allowed five or more runs in five of his 15 starts this season.       Advice: Neris took the loss and blew a save against the Giants on Monday, allowing three runs (two earned) in an inning of work, and he's allowed a total of seven earned runs over his last three outings. The veteran's ERA has climbed to 4.73 as a result of his recent struggles, and he's blown four saves this year in 14 chances. Chicago manager Craig Counsell said following Monday's game that he didn't plan on making a change at closer, according to James Neveau of Yahoo Sports, but this situation could be fluid.       Dodgers placed RHP Walker Buehler on the 15-day injured list with right hip inflammation.

      Advice: Buehler was hit in the hip by a comebacker during Thursday’s bloodbath at Coors Field, so it gives the Dodgers a viable reason to stash him on the injured list for a couple of weeks while he works through some of his struggles. Buehler has pitched to a woeful 5.84 ERA and a 1.51 WHIP over 37 innings in eight starts since returning from the injured list.
