Ryan Pepiot day-to-day with left leg contusion
Ryan Pepiot is day-to-day after leaving Sunday’s start against the Mets with a left leg contusion.
Advice: Pepiot has already undergone imaging, and x-rays came back negative for the right-hander. He was struck in the leg by a pitch that was 107 mph, and while he attempted to stay in the game, Rays manager Kevin Cash wasn’t going to take any risks. There’s a good chance Pepiot could make his next scheduled start, but fantasy managers will want to keep a close eye.
