      Advice: Kim's first hit of the night was a base hit in the fourth, during which he stole second and came around to score on a double from Fernando Tatis. Kim then destroyed a 393-foot blast to center field in the seventh to extend the lead to 9-0. Kim now has just two stolen bases since April 23 and has yet to reach double digits this year after being seventh in baseball in 2023 with 38 thefts.       Ha-Seong Kim homered, swiped a base, walked and scored a pair of runs on Sunday night, leading the Padres in a 9-1 shellacking of the Braves in Atlanta.

      Advice: Kim led off the fourth inning with a single off of Bryce Elder, swiped second base and scored on a two-run double off the bat of Fernando Tatis Jr. He then walloped a 393-foot (100.7 mph EV) solo shot off of Ray Kerr in the seventh inning that extended the Padres’ lead to 9-0.       Luis Rengifo went 1-for-3 with a walk, a triple, and an RBI in a win over the Rangers on Sunday.

      Advice: Rengifo returned this weekend after being on the IL with an illness and was right back to the top of the batting order, which is good news for his fantasy value. His RBI triple in the seventh inning helped to pad the lead and his walk earlier in the game set him up for a stolen base attempt.       Advice: Rengifo hit second in his first game since May 6 after a brief stint on the injured list. He ripped a double in the first inning before drawing a walk, stealing second base and scoring a run in the third. The utility player was on a 19-for-46 (.413) tear over his last 15 games before landing on the IL. Rengifo is slashing .326/.379/.463 with nine extra-base hits and 10 steals through 29 games.     • Angels activate Luis Rengifo for Friday return
      Angels activated INF/OF Luis Rengifo from the 10-day injured list.

      Advice: The Angels tried to keep Rengifo on the active roster, but after he missed five games, they decided to put him on the injured list last Thursday. A week later, he’s returning to the fold and should likely remain an everyday player for the Angels given how banged up their lineup is.       The Angels activated Rengifo (illness) from the 10-day injured list Thursday.

      Advice: Rengifo missed the last week and a half with a viral illness which resulted in painful blisters on his feet. He's recovered now, though, and should be back in the lineup when the Angels return to action Friday in Texas against the Rangers.       Rosario is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Red Sox.

      Advice: Rosario will head to the bench after he had started in each of the previous four games while seeing time at three different spots in the infield (second base, third base and shortstop). Though the right-handed-hitting Rosario should remain a mainstay in the lineup versus lefties, his opportunities to play against right-handed pitching could be more limited moving forward after the Rays activated the lefty-hitting Jonathan Aranda from the injured list Tuesday.       Rengifo (illness) fielded grounders Monday and could return from the injured list when eligible Friday, per MLB.com.

      Advice: Rengifo came down with a viral infection in early May and landed on the IL when the illness caused painful blisters on his feet. His ability to take grounders Monday is a good indication that he's doing better, and there's a chance he could spend the minimum amount of time on the injured list. Upon his return, Rengifo should slide back into a starting role at third base -- Niko Goodrum, Luis Guillorme and Cole Tucker have been filling in at the hot corner in his stead.
