    • Idle against lefty
Turang is out of the lineup for Tuesday's game against the Phillies.

Advice: Turang will dodge a matchup with southpaw Cristopher Sanchez on Tuesday, joining fellow lefties Jake Bauers and Sal Frelick on the bench. Andruw Monasterio will play second and bat ninth. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 1:19 pm

    • Officially activated from IL
The White Sox activated Robert (hip) from the 10-day injured list Tuesday.

Advice: Robert wound up missing more than two months of action with a Grade 2 right hip flexor strain. The center fielder went just 3-for-27 during eight rehab games, although two of those hits were home runs. Robert is not expected to be an everyday player right out of the chute upon his activation, as he will have some extra off days mixed in as he eases back into things. He is, however, in Tuesday's lineup versus the Cubs, batting third and playing center field. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 12:42 pm
    • Luis Robert Jr. (hip) officially activated off IL
White Sox activated OF Luis Robert Jr. off the 10-day injured list.

Advice: Robert Jr. is officially back to handle center field for the White Sox after missing close to two months with his hip injury. The 26-year-old may have some rust to shake off, but fantasy managers are well aware of what Robert Jr. is capable of at his best. He’ll take the place of Tommy Pham, with Pham on the injured list with an ankle sprain. Rotoworld Yesterday, 12:35 pm
    • Luis Robert Jr. (hip) returning to lineup Tuesday
The White Sox will activate Luis Robert Jr. off the 10-day injured list to start Tuesday against the Cubs.

Advice: Robert Jr. went just 3-for-27 in his rehab games, but the most important thing is that the 26-year-old came out of those contests healthy. He’ll offer potential help in all five categories — even with the White Sox lineup not offering a ton of run-producing chances — and should be activated immediately by fantasy managers. • Returning from IL on Tuesday
Robert (hip) will be activated from the 10-day injured list and return to the White Sox lineup for Tuesday's game versus the Cubs, Daryl Van Schouwen of the Chicago Sun-Times reports.

Advice: Robert has been sidelined since early April with a Grade 2 right hip flexor strain but is ready to roll after he went 3-for-27 with two home runs over eight rehab games. While Robert is in the lineup Tuesday, manager Pedro Grifol has previously noted that his center fielder will be given extra off days initially as he eases back into action. • Records sixth steal
Westburg went 1-for-4 with a stolen base in Monday's 7-2 win over the Blue Jays.

Advice: Westburg has hit safely in his last eight games, going 12-for-31 (.387) in that span. The steal was his first since May 11 and his sixth on nine attempts this season. It's unlikely Westburg will be negatively impacted by the Orioles' promotion of Connor Norby to replace Jorge Mateo (concussion) on the 26-man roster -- Westburg should continue to see near-everyday playing time between third base and second base. The 25-year-old is slashing .292/.348/.510 with nine home runs, 36 RBI and 30 runs scored over 222 plate appearances as he enjoys a breakout in his second major-league campaign. • Twins activate Royce Lewis for Tuesday return
Twins activated INF Royce Lewis from the 10-day injured list.

Advice: Lewis is officially back at third base and batting fifth for Tuesday’s highly-anticipated series opener against the Yankees in New York. The talented 24-year-old homered and went 2-for-2 on Opening Day before leaving with his quad injury that cost him over two months. Lewis has the talent to be a major fantasy contributor, but there are going to be questions on whether he can stay on the field based on his lengthy injury history. Rotoworld Yesterday, 9:38 am
    • Lands on IL with flexor strain
The Nationals placed Williams on the 15-day injured list Tuesday with a right flexor strain, Bobby Blanco of MASNSports.com reports.

Advice: Williams had been slated to start Tuesday's game against the Mets but now will be sidelined for at least two weeks, and quite likely longer. The veteran right-hander has been a pleasant surprise for the Nationals this season, collecting a 2.22 ERA in 11 starts. DJ Herz was called up from Triple-A Rochester and will start Tuesday in Williams' stead. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 9:10 am

    • Nats put Trevor Williams on IL with flexor strain
Nationals placed RHP Trevor Williams on the 15-day injured list with a right elbow flexor strain.

Advice: Williams will be out for at least two weeks with the injury, but there’s no timetable for his return yet as the injury occurred sometime after his start against Atlanta on Thursday. Washington has recalled DJ Herz to make the start against the Mets on Tuesday in Williams’ place. There should be further updates on the 32-year-old’s status in the coming days.
