    • Sitting Wednesday
Robert isn't in the White Sox's lineup for Wednesday's game against Seattle.

Advice: Robert has slashed .148/.233/.481 with three homers and four RBI in seven games since returning from the injured list. He'll get a breather Wednesday while Corey Julks, Oscar Colas and Zach DeLoach start across the Sox's outfield. Rotowire.com 17 minutes ago

    • Luis Robert Jr. getting a night off on Wednesday
Luis Robert Jr. is not in the White Sox’ starting lineup for Wednesday evening’s tilt against the Mariners.

Advice: The White Sox have been careful as they ease their 26-year-old superstar back into action after missing nearly two months with a hip injury. He’ll presumably be available off the bench in this one. On the season, he’s slashing just .182/.237/.491 to go along with five homers, eight RBI and one swipe in his first 14 games. • Royce Lewis stays hot with fifth homer on Wednesday
Royce Lewis went 3-for-5 with a two-run homer on Wednesday in the Twins’ blowout win over the Rockies.

Advice: Lewis took Rockies reliever Angel Chivilli deep for a 424-foot dinger in the sixth inning for his fifth long ball of the year. The 25-year-old burgeoning slugger has launched four homers in eight games since returing from the injured list back on June 4. He has fantasy superstar potential, if he can somehow manage to stay on the field and avoid the injuries that have plagued him the last few years. Rotoworld Today, 2:04 pm

    • Trevor Megill hangs on for save against Blue Jays
Trevor Megill tossed a scoreless ninth inning on Wednesday against the Blue Jays to record his 11th save of the season.

Advice: Megill got the call to protect a three-run lead in the ninth inning after lefty Hoby Milner was unable to record an out to open the frame. He gave up a run-scoring single to Bo Bichette, which put the potential tying runs on-base before walking Danny Jansen to load the bases. He somehow managed to extinguish the fire and preserve the victory by striking out George Springer, getting Alejandro Kirk to fly out and coaxing a game-ending line-out from pinch-hitter Vladimir Guerrero Jr. It truly was one of the more impressive escape acts of the year. • Jurickson Profar is not in the lineup on Wednesday
Jurickson Profar (knee) is not the Padres’ lineup against the Athletics on Wednesday.

Advice: Profar tweaked his knee in Tuesday night’s game and is considered day-to-day for now. The Padres don’t seem to believe an IL stint is necessary, but it will depend on how Profar responds over the next few days. Jose Azocar will start in left field and bat ninth with Profar on the bench. Rotoworld Today, 12:21 pm

    • Jordan Westburg gets a day off on Wednesday
Jordan Westburg is not in the Orioles’ lineup against the Braves on Wednesday.

Advice: It’s a routine day off for the 25-year-old who has struggled to open the month of June, hitting .208/.224/.438 with two home runs, 11 strikeouts, and one walk in 11 games. Perhaps a day off will get him back on track. Jorge Mateo will move to second base with Ramon Urias at third base while Westburg is out. Rotoworld Today, 12:11 pm

    • Getting rest Wednesday
Westburg is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against Atlanta.

Advice: Westburg will retreat to the bench Wednesday for what appears to be a routine maintenance day after he had started in 11 consecutive games. His absence will open up a spot in the starting nine for Ramon Urias, who will get the nod at third base. Rotowire.com Today, 11:57 am

    • Taking seat due to sore knee
Profar (knee) is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Athletics.

Advice: Profar started in each of the Padres' first 71 games of the season, but he'll hit the bench for the first time after he was forced out of Tuesday's 4-3 win in the eighth inning due to a sore left knee. Manager Mike Shildt disclosed after the contest that Profar had been battling patellar tendinitis in the knee for years, but the 31-year-old aggravated the injury on a swing during his eighth-inning at-bat. Though Shildt downplayed the knee issue, the skipper admitted that he was unsure if Profar -- who leads the National League with a .424 on-base percentage -- would require imaging on the knee, per Jeff Sanders of The San Diego Union-Tribune. Jose Azocar will cover left field Wednesday in place of Profar, whose status will presumably be updated following Thursday's team off day. Rotowire.com Today, 11:36 am

    • Goes deep again Tuesday
Hernandez went 1-for-3 with a two-run homer and a walk in Tuesday's 15-2 win over the Rangers.

Advice: Hernandez's lone hit of the night was a big blast in the sixth, an inning during which the Dodgers scored seven runs on four homers. He now has five long balls and 12 RBI over his last five games and has totaled 10 hits over that span, raising his slash line to .266/336/.525 with 17 homers, 50 RBI, 40 runs scored and a 24:81 BB:K in 286 plate appearances.
