      Advice: The right-hander wasn't at his sharpest, but he mostly got pecked to death as only one of the hits off him went for extra bases, a triple by Yandy Diaz in the second inning. Bradish got more than enough run support to avoid his first loss of the season, however. Things fell apart for Bradish in the third. A wild pitch put a runner on before he walked three straight batters to bring a run in. He was replaced with two outs in the inning at 76 pitches. He struck out six. The 27-year-old right-hander will take a 3.18 ERA, 1.31 WHIP, and a 40/14 K/BB ratio across 28 1/3 innings into a start against the Blue Jays in Toronto on Thursday.       Ke’Bryan Hayes went 2-for-4 and belted a two-run homer on Saturday, powering the Pirates to a lopsided 8-1 victory over the Blue Jays in Toronto.

      Advice: Hayes put the exclamation point on a three-run first inning for the Pirates with his 404-foot (107.8 mph EV) two-run blast off of Yusei Kikuchi. That would be more than enough run support for Mitch Keller and company in this one. Hayes also led off the sixth inning with a single and scored on a fielder’s choice off the bat of Jared Triolo.
