      Advice: Bader ran into the outfield wall while trying to make a catch during the third inning and had to be taken out of the game shortly afterward. He cleared all medical tests following the incident and said he's hopeful to return to action Wednesday.     • Luis Gil’s struggles continue in loss
      Luis Gil allowed four runs on two hits in four innings in a loss to the Reds on Tuesday.

      Advice: The command simply wasn’t there for Gil on Tuesday, walking three and striking out three while throwing 83 pitches in just four innings. There has been some concern that Gil is hitting a bit of a wall after allowing 16 earned runs in his last 9 2/3 innings. The Yankees maintain confidence in the 26-year-old, but he left a lot of sliders up in the zone today and struggled to command his changeup, so perhaps he is getting a little tired in his breakout season.       Advice: Nimmo didn’t start the game after nursing a head injury when he fell in his hotel room on Sunday night and cut his head. However, he certainly seems to be healthy, knocking in a run on a single in the eighth to tie the game and then giving the Mets a two-run cushion in the 10th inning with an RBI double.
