Steer went 3-for-5 with two RBI and a run scored in Monday's 13-3 win over Colorado.

Advice: Steer flipped the calendar on the month of May, during which he had a .176 average and .629 OPS. He's delivered multiple hits in all three games in June, going 8-for-14. It's reminiscent of early in the season, when Steer hit .324/.435/.563 with 18 RBI over his first 20 games, and the Reds were winning more than losing. Rotowire.com Today, 5:15 am

    • Notches first win
Megill (1-2) picked up the win Monday against Washington, allowing five runs (four earned) on seven hits and three walks. He struck out four in five innings of work.

Advice: Megill made his third start since returning from a shoulder injury on May 20, notching his first win. The right-hander gave up his first home run of the season, a two-run shot by Joey Gallo in the fourth inning. Despite earning the win, the 28-year-old yielded four earned runs and recorded just four strikeouts, both season-worsts. Megill has now compiled a 3.00 ERA, a 1.24 WHIP and a 24:9 K:BB across 21 innings. He will look to improve in his next start, tentatively scheduled for next Tuesday versus Miami. • Earns ninth save
Hader earned a save against the Cardinals on Monday, striking out one in a perfect ninth inning.

Advice: Entering with a 7-4 lead in the ninth inning, Hader needed only 14 pitches to secure his ninth save of the season. Hader has only allowed one run in his past 11 appearances and is now 9-for-10 in save attempts in 2024. He currently owns a 3.54 ERA, 1.04 WHIP and 45:10 K:BB in 28 innings. • Homers twice in loss
Gorman went 2-for-3 with two solo home runs in a 7-4 loss to the Astros on Monday.

Advice: Gorman hit solo home runs off Justin Verlander in the first and fifth innings and added a walk in the third. Gorman has been on an absolute binge in his past 10 games, tallying five multi-hit efforts, six home runs and 12 RBI since May 21. On the season, Gorman is now slashing .230/.318/.494 and leads all second basemen in home runs with 13. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 9:01 pm

    • Steer has three-hit game in win Monday
Spencer Steer went 3-for-5 with a run scored and two RBI against the Rockies on Monday.

Advice: Steer is up to 37 RBI in 58 games this season. He’s only hitting .243, but his .282 BABIP is a little lower than his career .302 BABIP. He should improve in that area and with 11 steals already he’s on pace to blow by his total of 15 steals from last year. Rotoworld Yesterday, 8:57 pm

    • Swipes 10th bag
Marte went 3-for-5 with two runs scored and a stolen base in Monday's 8-7 win over Washington.

Advice: Marte has been on a heater, recording multiple hits four times in his past five games. During that span, the 35-year-old is batting .473 (9-for-19) with four RBI, two steals and three runs scored. Marte is now up to a .275 batting average on the season with six home runs, 23 RBI, 30 runs scored and 10 steals in 224 plate appearances. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 8:36 pm

    • Gorman blasts two home runs Monday
Nolan Gorman went 2-for-3 with a walk and two solo home runs against the Astros on Monday.

Advice: The two home runs give Gorman 13 on the season. He’s now hit three home runs in his last two games. Gorman isn’t going to provide a good average. He’s hitting .230 and his career average is .230. Gorman can hit the stuffing out of the ball, though. He had 27 home runs in 119 games last year and is on pace to push for 30 home runs this year. • Seven strong innings in win
Wheeler (7-3) earned the win Monday against Milwaukee, allowing one earned run on five hits and three walks over seven innings. He struck out six.

Advice: Wheeler nearly pitched seven shutout innings, but he surrendered a solo home run to former teammate Rhys Hoskins with two outs in the seventh inning. Wheeler turned in his fourth consecutive quality start Monday, bringing his season total to 10. Wheeler has pitched to a 2.23 ERA and 0.97 WHIP with 91 strikeouts in 80.2 innings this season, all of which rank top 10 in the league. He will look to keep rolling in his next start, tentatively scheduled for next Tuesday in Boston. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 7:10 pm
