The right-hander was working on a shutout through five frames but fell off in the sixth inning, loading the bases with one out on a pair of walks and a single before getting the hook. Two of those three runners scored after his departure, but that didn't prevent Stone from registering the win.       Advice: Judge did his best to bring the Yankees back from a large deficit early with a two-run shot in the third and an RBI single in the fifth, but his effort would fall well short as Baltimore's offense exploded for 17 runs. The long ball was the outfielder's 28th of the season, which leads the majors, and he's now recorded at least one RBI in seven of his last 11 games. Judge is batting .418 in June following Thursday's performance and has seven home runs, 22 RBI and 17 runs scored. The home run was his 27th of the season and he’s already up to 67 RBI.       Padres manager Mike Shildt told reporters Yu Darvish (groin) will return next week.

      Advice: No definitive date yet for Darvish to rejoin San Diego’s starting rotation, but he figures to take the ball at some point during their next series against the Nationals, most likely on Tuesday in place of rookie Adam Mazur. The 37-year-old veteran righty made it through Wednesday’s minor league rehab outing for High-A Fort Wayne without any issues and is on track to return next week.       Gavin Stone allowed two runs in 5 1/3 innings and got the win in the Dodgers’ 5-3 victory over the Rockies on Thursday.



      Advice: Stone gave up four hits, walked two and struck out seven. Both runs came on a Jake Cave two-run single in the sixth inning. The win was Stone’s eighth of the year and he’s now won four of his last five starts. He’s also struck out at least six batters in four of his last five starts.
