    • Nabs steal in win
Altuve went 1-for-3 with a walk, a stolen base and two runs scored in Wednesday's 9-1 win over the Marlins.

Advice: Altuve has hit safely in 12 of his last 13 games, going 21-for-56 (.375) over that span. He's rounded his production during the hot stretch with two home runs, four steals, nine RBI and 10 runs scored. The second baseman's .822 OPS on the year is his lowest in the last four seasons, but he's still put together an excellent campaign by batting .309 with 13 homers, 14 steals, 41 RBI and 55 runs scored through 89 contests. • Exits with calf soreness
Bichette was removed from Wednesday's game versus San Francisco due to right calf soreness.

Advice: The severity of Bichette's injury remains unclear, but it was apparently bothering him enough to warrant his removal from Wednesday's contest in the fourth inning. Leo Jimenez entered as Bichette's replacement at shortstop and would likely be the next man up to start should the 26-year-old's calf cause him to miss any amount of time. Rotowire.com Today, 8:18 pm

    • Allows five runs in loss
Montas (4-7) allowed five runs on eight hits and two walks while striking out seven over seven innings to take the loss versus the Rockies on Wednesday.

Advice: Montas gave up a pair of home runs to Sam Hilliard, accounting for three of the five runs on his line. The five runs allowed matched a season high for Montas, who had not given up that many since May 12, while his seven innings also equaled his season high. The right-hander is now at a 4.38 ERA, 1.33 WHIP and 69:35 K:BB through 84.1 innings across 17 starts. Rotowire.com Today, 8:15 pm
    • Ryan Mountcastle tallies three hits in O’s loss
Ryan Mountcastle went 3-for-5 on Wednesday in the Orioles’ shutout loss to the Cubs.

Advice: Mountcastle was the lone Orioles batter to record multiple hits during Wednesday’s shutout loss at the hands of the Cubs as they were completely stifled by lefty Shota Imanaga for six frames to open the contest before a trio of relievers came on to slam the door. Baltimore’s offense had plenty of opportunities, but went 0-for-11 with runners in scoring position and left 10 men on-base. Not great. Rotoworld Today, 7:20 pm
    • Frankie Montas allows five earned in loss to COL
Frankie Montas allowed five earned runs on eight hits over seven innings in Wednesday’s loss to the Rockies.

Advice: The Rockies got to Montas in the third inning after a lead-off walk to Nolan Jones was followed by a two-run homer by Sam Hilliard. Ezequiel Tovar would double in the next at-bat and was eventually driven in by Elias Díaz to plate the third and final run of the inning. Montas would give up another solo homer to Hilliard in the fifth inning and was replaced by Brent Suter to kick off the eighth. Now sitting on a 4.39 ERA, Montas will carry a 4-7 record into the all-star break. Rotoworld Today, 7:04 pm
    • Earns 15th save
Foley earned a save in Wednesday's win over the Guardians, walking one and recording the final two outs in the ninth inning.

Advice: Foley was summoned to protect a 5-4 lead with one out in the ninth inning and stranded a runner on third to secure his 15th save in 17 attempts. It was a gutsy effort, as he entered Wednesday having yielded four earned runs over his previous four appearances. On the season, the 28-year-old owns a 3.41 ERA, 1.33 WHIP and 24:10 K:BB over 31.2 innings. Rotowire.com Today, 7:02 pm
    • Struggles early in loss
Bibee (7-4) took the loss against the Tigers on Wednesday, allowing four runs on five hits and three walks with eight strikeouts over seven innings.

Advice: Bibee allowed two runs in the first inning and surrendered a two-run homer in the third before rebounding with four scoreless frames. The 25 year-old's velocity was over one mph below his season average, and he has yielded four earned runs in back-to-back outings to open July. He will take a 3.77 ERA, 1.12 WHIP and 123:27 K:BB into the All-Star break. Rotowire.com Today, 6:45 pm

    • Jason Foley slams door on Guardians on Wednesday
Jason Foley slammed the door on the Guardians on Wednesday evening, preserving a two-run advantage to earn his 15th save of the season.

Advice: Alex Faedo started the ninth inning with a two-run advantage, but he allowed run and had the tying run at third base with only one out when manager A.J. Hinch turned to Foley. The 28-year-old right-hander got Tyler Freeman to bounce to first baseman Gio Urshela who cut down the potential tying run at the plate. After an intentional walk and a wild pitch put two runners back in scoring position, Foley got Austin Hedges to ground out to short to end it. Foley now sports a 3.41 ERA to go with 15 saves in 17 chances on the season. Rotoworld Today, 6:21 pm
    • Tanner Bibee strikes out eight in loss to Tigers
Tanner Bibee pitched decently in a losing effort against the Tigers on Wednesday evening, giving up four runs on five hits over his seven frames.

Advice: The 25-year-old right-hander also piled up eight strikeouts on the night while issuing three free passes. All of the damage done against him came early on, as Colt Keith smacked an RBI triple and scored on a sacrifice fly by Matt Vierling in the opening inning. Vierling then crushed a two-run homer in the third. Bibee settled in nicely afterwards though and kept his team in the game. He got 13 swings and misses on 109 pitches on the night, registering a CSW of 27 percent. He finishes the first half with a 7-4 record, 3.77 ERA, 1.12 WHIP and a 123/27 K/BB ratio across 105 innings through his first 19 starts. Rotoworld Today, 6:21 pm
