    Smith went 1-for-4 with a stolen base and a run scored in Sunday's 9-3 win over the Yankees.

    Advice: The Red Sox stole a franchise-best nine bases in this contest, and even the not-so-speedy Smith got in on the fun. The first baseman hasn't done much in June, going 9-for-34 (.265) with two extra-base hits and seven walks over 12 contests. It's still an improvement on his .217/.323/.313 slash line through 133 plate appearances this season, and he's added just two home runs, 19 RBI, 12 runs scored and five doubles.     Advice: Rafaela has multiple hits in four of the last five games, including three hits in each of the last two contests. The steal was his first since June 1, though he's up to nine thefts on 14 attempts this year. The 23-year-old is up to a .238/.264/.383 slash line through 263 plate appearances this season, though his performance in June has seen him trend upward in everything but power.     Advice: Duran extended his hitting streak to seven games, a span in which he's gone 12-for-29 (.414) with five extra-base hits. The outfielder has added six steals over his last nine contests as he continues to provide speed atop the order for a Red Sox team that has little hesitation to run.     Kepler (elbow) went 1-for-5 in a win over the A's in the second game of Sunday's doubleheader.

    Advice: After being hit by a pitch on the elbow Friday, Kepler was held out Saturday and for the first game of Sunday's twin bill. He was back in the lineup for Game 2, however, and appears to be in the clear moving forward. Trade rumors have followed Kepler for several seasons, but he continues to fill a prominent role against right-handed pitching for Minnesota.     Crawford (3-6) allowed three runs on three hits and a walk while striking out nine over six innings to earn the win Sunday over the Yankees.

    Advice: Crawford had given up at least four runs in five of his last six starts, but he was able to turn in a strong performance Sunday. He allowed solo home runs to Aaron Judge and Jose Trevino, but Crawford's nine strikeouts were a season high, and he snapped a four-start losing streak. The right-hander is at a 3.54 ERA, 1.15 WHIP and 88:26 K:BB through 86.1 innings over 15 starts this season. He's projected to make his next start on the road in Cincinnati.   • David Hamilton swipes four bases to lead Red Sox
    David Hamilton and the Red Sox ran all over the Yankees in Sunday night’s 9-3 victory over the Yankees, with the 26-year-old speedster nabbing four of his team’s franchise-record nine stolen bases.

    Advice: The Red Sox clearly did not respect the battery of Marcus Stroman and Jose Trevino, and they pushed the envelope against them every chance that they had. Hamilton worked a leadoff walk in the third inning, swiped second base and ultimately scored on a double play ground ball off the bat of Rafael Devers. He then led off the fifth inning with a single and immediately stole second and third base before scoring on Devers’ sacrifice fly. He also added an RBI single and a run scored in the eighth inning. Hamilton finished the night 2-for-4 plus a walk and is now hitting .288/.340/.446 with four homers, 11 RBI and 18 stolen bases in 149 plate appearances on the season.   • Kutter Crawford strikes out nine in win over Yanks
    Kutter Crawford racked up nine strikeouts over six innings of three-run baseball in a victory over the Yankees on Sunday night.

    Advice: The 28-year-old right-hander allowed just three hits and one walk on the night. He served up a solo homer to Aaron Judge in the opening inning, then kept the Yankees’ offense completely at bay until Jose Trevino crushed a solo homer in the sixth inning. They scratched out another run in the sixth as Anthony Volpe scampered home on a wild pitch with two outs in the inning. Crawford generated 16 swings and misses on 84 pitches in the ballgame — nine on his sweeper — while posting a terrific CSW of 39 percent.   • Aaron Judge crushes homer as Yanks fall at Fenway
    Aaron Judge clobbered his 26th home run of the season on Sunday night, but it wasn’t enough to power the Yankees to a victory over the Red Sox at Fenway Park.

    Advice: Judge opened the scoring in the contest with a titanic 380-foot (114.2 mph EV) solo shot over the Green Monster off of Kutter Crawford in the top half of the first inning. That lead would be short-lived though, and Judge would go down on strikes in each of his remaining three at-bats in the contest.
