    • Ketel Marte homers, extends hit streak to 21 games
Ketel Marte went 2-for-5 with a solo homer in the Diamondbacks 6-0 win over the Dodgers on Wednesday.

Advice: Marte came into this one riding a 20-game hitting streak. He extended it to 21 games right away with a base hit in the first inning. Marte later took Ryan Yarbrough deep for a solo homer in the eighth inning. The 30-year-old second baseman is hitting .291/.339/.523 with ten homers, 35 runs scored, and 27 RBI across 221 plate appearances. Rotoworld 17 minutes ago

    • Converts on sixth save
Scott earned the save Wednesday against Milwaukee, allowing one hit and no walks across a scoreless inning with one strikeout.

Advice: Scott is now 6-for-7 on save chances this season and has added four tallies in the win column. The 29-year-old has been charged with at least one earned run in just two of his 21 appearances, owning a 1.71 ERA with a 22:18 K:BB across 21.0 innings. Rotowire.com Today, 8:52 pm

    • Another two-homer game
Soto went 2-for-4 with two home runs and three RBI in Wednesday's 7-3 win over the Mariners.

Advice: This was Soto's second multi-homer game in the last five contests. He's gone 8-for-19 (.421) with six RBI and seven runs scored over that span. The star outfielder continues to fit right in with the Yankees, slashing .313/.409/.569 with 13 homers, 40 RBI, 37 runs scored, four stolen bases, nine doubles and a triple over his first 51 games with the team. • Loses control in fourth
Snell didn't factor into the decision Wednesday against Pittsburgh, allowing four runs on four hits and four walks across 3.1 innings. He struck out five.

Advice: Snell looked sharp to begin his first start after a month-long IL stint, keeping the Pirates scoreless after three frames. However, the 31-year-old crumbled in the fourth inning, yielding two walks, a hit-by-pitch and an infield single to let a run score and leave the bases loaded with one out for Sean Hjelle. Hjelle gave up a grand slam to the first batter he faced and pushed Snell's earned run total to four. Snell hasn't completed five innings in a start this season and is 0-3 with an 11.40 ERA through 15.0 innings. He's projected for a home start against the Phillies on Monday. • Homer streak continues
Seager went 2-for-3 with two walks and a solo home run during Wednesday's 11-4 loss to Philadelphia.

Advice: Seager reached base four times Wednesday, but he was only able to reach home plate on a solo homer in the seventh off Gregory Soto. The shortstop has gone yard in three straight games and has hit safely in 14 of his last 16 games. Seager trails only Gunnar Henderson and Elly De La Cruz for the most home runs at the shortstop position. Rotowire.com Today, 7:39 pm

    • Swats late homer
Diaz went 1-for-5 with a solo home run and an additional RBI in Wednesday's 8-5 loss to the Red Sox.

Advice: Diaz knocked in a run with a groundout in the second inning and added a solo shot in the ninth. He's up to four homers this season, three of which have come in his last 12 games, a span in which he's hitting .313 (15-for-48). The infielder is slashing .255/.321/.360 with 25 RBI, 22 runs scored, no stolen bases and nine doubles over 50 contests this season. Diaz had a career-high 22 homers in 2023, but that was an anomaly for him from a power standpoint -- he's much more of a contact-first hitter. Rotowire.com Today, 7:34 pm

    • Juan Soto homers twice in win
Juan Soto went 2-for-4 with two home runs and three RBI as the Yankees defeated the Mariners 7-3 on Wednesday.

Advice: It has been a magical first season in the Bronx for Soto who heard “MVP” chants after his second big fly. He’s been every bit as advertised for the Yankees and fantasy managers alike with a .313/.409/.978 slash line and 13 homers so far this season. Rotoworld Today, 7:13 pm

    • Blake Snell gives up four runs in loss to Pirates
Blake Snell had mixed results in his return from the injured list on Wednesday, giving up four runs on four hits over 3 1/3 innings in a no-decision against to the Pirates.

Advice: On the plus side for fantasy managers, Snell piled up five strikeouts on the evening, but he also issued four free passes. He kept the Pirates’ offense off the board through the first three frames but ran into serious trouble in the fourth. There, he loaded the bases on a pair of walks and an infield single, then plunked Andrew McCutchen to force in a run. He then turned the ball over to the bullpen — who immediately gave up a grand slam to allow all three inherited runners to score. Snell got an impressive 15 swings and misses on 87 pitches on the night — nine on his heater — while posting a CSW of 25 percent. He’ll look to improve upon a cringe-inducing 11.40 ERA and 2.07 WHIP when he does battle against the Phillies on Monday in San Francisco. Rotoworld Today, 7:06 pm

    • Fans career-high 12 in win
Ragans (4-3) picked up the win in Wednesday's 8-3 victory over the Tigers, allowing one hit and three walks over six scoreless innings. He struck out 12.

Advice: A clash with fellow star southpaw Tarik Skubal brought out the best in Ragans, who fanned a career-high 12 batters and generated a whopping 35 called or swinging strikes among his 100 pitches. The 26-year-old has reeled off 13 straight shutout innings over his last two starts, and he'll take a 3.34 ERA, 1.15 WHIP and 76:21 K:BB through 62 innings into his next outing, which is scheduled to come on the road early next week in Minnesota.
