      Sonny Gray allowed six runs -- three earned -- with six strikeouts over 4 1/3 innings in a loss to the Reds on Saturday.

      Advice: Gray had worked through two scoreless innings to start the game before the Reds strung together three straight doubled to start the third inning, driving in two runs. A triple, a walk, and a hit batter loaded the bases with one out in the fifth. A fielding error would bring a run in and keep the bases loaded as Gray was relieved at 92 pitches. All inherited runners would come in to score. The 34-year-old right-hander will look to put this one behind him when he takes a 2.98 ERA, 0.99 WHIP, and a 109/23 K/BB ratio across 87 2/3 innings into a road start against the Nationals on Friday.       Advice: It was unusual for Judge rack up three hits without any that went for extra bases -- coming into Friday, 54 of his 88 hits on the season had been of the extra-base variety. Nonetheless, the slugger's ninth-inning, two-run single resulted in his recording of at least one RBI for the sixth time over his past 10 contests.       Advice: Arizona manager Torey Lovullo confirmed late Friday that Gallen will take the ball for Saturday’s showdown against the Athletics after making it through a bullpen session earlier this week without any issues just a couple days after tossing a 67-pitch simulated game. The 28-year-old righty has been out since suffering a Grade 1 right hamstring strain back on May 30. It’s obviously an extremely favorable matchup for fantasy purposes and there shouldn’t be any limitations from a workload standpoint for Gallen in his return from the injured list.       Blanco (8-3) took the loss Friday as the Astros were downed 7-2 by the Mets, surrendering six runs (three earned) on six hits -- including three home runs -- and three walks over 5.2 innings. He struck out five.

      Advice: It was a tough night for the right-hander, who served up multiple long balls for the first time since May 3 and got tagged for three for the first time in his career. Despite his struggles keeping the ball in the park, Blanco nearly escaped with his fourth straight quality start due to an Alex Bregman error, but he fell one out short and got the hook after 98 pitches (65 strikes).       Advice: Webb had a rough fifth inning, but other than that, he was his usual steady self. With the Giants' rotation in shambles due to injuries, getting a longer start out of Webb is a positive for the team's situation. He's gone at least six innings in 10 straight appearances, posting a 2.86 ERA over 66 innings with a 61:14 K:BB in that span. That's just a bit better than his 3.12 ERA for the year, which comes with a 1.22 WHIP and 97:26 K:BB across 112.1 innings through 18 starts. Webb's next start is projected to be at Atlanta.
