    • Alex Bregman hits three-run homer in Astros’ win
Alex Bregman went 2-for-4 with a three-run homer and two walks Friday as the Astros edged the Twins 13-12.

Advice: Bregman’s seemingly meaningless homer made it a 13-5 game in the ninth before the Twins almost came all of the way back in the bottom of the inning. It was Bregman’s first homer since June 3 and 10th of the year. At .251/.314/.403, he’s been essentially a league-average hitter halfway through his walk year. Rotoworld 38 minutes ago

    • Carlos Correa hits grand slam in loss to Astros
Carlos Correa hit his third career grand slam Friday against the Astros.

Advice: The slam was off Josh Hader in the ninth, but the Twins still came up a little short after scoring seven runs in the final frame of a 13-12 loss. It was Correa’s 11th homer this year., and he’s been one of the AL’s best players while batting .307/.377/.514. Rotoworld 38 minutes ago

    • Slugs 10th homer
Bregman went 2-for-4 with a three-run homer and two walks in Friday's win at Minnesota.

Advice: The veteran third baseman cracked a 404-foot, three-run blast off Kody Funderburk in the ninth inning for his first long ball since June 3. This marks the seventh season Bregman has reached double-digit homers in his nine-year career. Despite the recent power outage, the Houston third baseman has still been hitting well over his last 25 games, batting .295 (31-for-105) with 18 runs scored and 11 RBI. • Out of lineup versus lefty
Marsh is not in the lineup for Friday's game in Atlanta.

Advice: Marsh will begin this game on the bench as Atlanta sends left-hander Max Fried to the hill. The Phillies will go with right-handed batters both in left field (Cristian Pache) and center field (Johan Rojas). Rotowire.com Yesterday, 1:09 pm

    • Not in Atlanta lineup
Murphy is not in the lineup for Friday's contest versus the Phillies.

Advice: Travis d'Arnaud will do the catching for Max Fried in the series opener. Murphy has a 1.050 OPS over his last 12 games and would seem to be a good bet to be in the lineup Saturday and Sunday. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 12:22 pm

    • Command issues in no-decision
Quantrill did not factor into the decision in a win over the Brewers on Thursday, allowing two runs on five hits and four walks over five innings. He struck out two.

Advice: Quantrill struggled with his command throughout the night, needing 28 pitches to get through the opening frame before issuing three walks in the fourth. The right-hander had posted a 13:1 K:BB over his previous two starts coming in, though he's now allowed 19 hits over his last three outings (16.1 innings). Quantrill will look to earn his first win since June 11 when the Rockies travel to Cincinnati next week to take on the Reds. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 6:21 am

    • Homers among three hits
India went 3-for-5 with a home run and two additional runs in Thursday's 8-4 win against the Yankees.

Advice: India hit one of three homers for Cincinnati, swatting a solo shot in the third inning. He finished with his ninth multi-hit game over his past 12 contests, a stretch during which he's batting a blistering .467 (21-for-45) with Thursday's homer, six RBI, 13 runs and two stolen bases. The hot span has pushed India's season batting average from .241 to .278. Rotowire.com Thursday, 9:10 pm

    • Quantrill allows two runs in no-decision
Cal Quantrill allowed two runs in five innings and got a no-decision in the Rockies’ 4-3 victory over the Brewers on Thursday.

Advice: Quantrill gave up five hits, walked four and struck out two. He gave up two runs on a two-run single by Andrew Monasterio in the fourth inning. His ERA is 3.77, but with a 4.38 xFIP and 74 strikeouts on the season he’s tough to stream while pitching half of his games at Coors Field let alone roster. The 29-year-old right-hander is set to face the Reds on the road next week.

    • Bobby Miller no longer starting Sunday vs. Brewers
Dodgers manager Dave Roberts confirmed that Bobby Miller will not start on Sunday against the Brewers.

Advice: Roberts elaborated that Miller is healthy, but the Dodgers want to give him some extra time instead of taking the ball on just four days of rest after allowing two runs over five innings on Tuesday against the Diamondbacks. It’ll be a bullpen game for Los Angeles instead. Miller will presumably take the ball for Tuesday’s series opener against the Phillies. Rotoworld Thursday, 6:04 pm
