    Kyle Muller opened a rehab assignment with Triple-A Las Vegas by throwing a scoreless innings Tuesday.

    Advice: Muller has missed a month with left shoulder tendinitis. We’ve yet to hear whether the A’s intend to stretch him out before bringing him back to the majors.     DL Hall pitched 2 2/3 scoreless innings in his latest rehab appearance with Triple-A Nashville on Tuesday.

    Advice: Hall, on the IL since late April with a sprained left knee, allowed four hits, walked one and struck out none, so a dominant performance this was not. Hall’s 46 pitches were his high total in four appearances since he restarted his rehab assignment on June 13.
