    • Nestor Cortes shaky again in loss to Dodgers
Nestor Cortes gave up four runs while working 5 1/3 innings in a loss Saturday to the Dodgers.

Advice: Cortes gave up two homers, one to Teoscar Hernandez and another to Enrique Hernandez (note: no relation). The left-hander continues to pitch at an inconsistent level, but his 3.68 ERA and 1.12 WHIP help tell the story that there’s been more better than bitter. He’s scheduled to face the Royals on Thursday. Rotoworld 26 minutes ago

    • Steven Kwan homers, reaches four times vs. Marlins
Steven Kwan homered and reached four times in an 8-0 win for the Guardians over the Marlins on Saturday.

Advice: In addition to Kwan’s homer — a two-run shot in the fifth inning — the outfielder also singled and drew a pair of walks. Keeping in mind that the 26-year-old did miss a good amount of time, he’s still putting together a sensational .371/.431/.523 slash in 151 at-bats. Rotoworld 31 minutes ago

    • Homers in Saturday's win
Kwan went 2-for-3 with a two-run home run, two walks and two total runs scored in Saturday's 8-0 win over the Marlins.

Advice: Kwan has received fairly regular rest since returning from a hamstring injury, but he's been money when in the lineup. Over five games since his return, he's gone 9-for-18 (.500) with three RBI and eight runs scored. The outfielder is up to a .371/.431/.523 slash line with four homers, 14 RBI, 36 runs scored and three stolen bases across 37 contests this season. Kwan is likely to remain cautious on the basepaths given his history of hamstring injuries, but it's his bat-to-ball skills that drive his production. Rotowire.com Today, 9:21 pm

    • Pilfers two bags in loss
Duran went 0-for-3 with two walks and two stolen bases in Saturday's 6-1 loss to the White Sox.

Advice: The 27-year-old did his job as the leadoff man, but the hitters in the three spots behind him in the order went a combined 0-for-11 on the afternoon. Duran came into this series in Chicago having failed to steal a bag in 14 straight games, but he's swiped three in the last two contests to give him 14 on the season. He's also slashing .263/.331/.451 on the year with five homers, 27 RBI and 39 runs in 65 contests. Rotowire.com Today, 6:06 pm

    • Drives offense in big win
Bichette went 2-for-4 with a walk, two doubles, two runs scored and an RBI in Saturday's 7-0 win over the A's.

Advice: The shortstop is heating up again, collecting four doubles among his seven hits over the last six games. Bichette's sluggish start to the season is fading in the rearview mirror -- over his last 24 contests, he's batting .302 (29-for-96) with two homers, eight doubles, eight runs and 14 RBI. • Danny Jansen doubles, drives in two in win
Danny Jansen went 2-for-4 with a double and two RBI in the Blue Jays 7-0 win over the Athletics on Saturday.

Advice: Jansen put the Blue Jays on the board in the first inning with a sacrifice fly to score Spencer Horwitz from third. He then doubled in the fifth to bring Bo Bichette home from second and came around to score on a base hit by Isiah Kiner-Falefa. Jansen added a base hit in the ninth. The 29-year-old backstop is slashing .273/.348/.488 with five homers, 21 runs scored, and 15 RBI across 138 plate appearances. Rotoworld Today, 4:21 pm

    • Mashes another homer
Santander went 2-for-3 with a solo home run and a walk in Friday's 6-3 win over the Rays.

Advice: Santander's slow start to the season stood out compared to most of the rest of the Orioles, but he's warmed up significantly. Over his last 15 games, the outfielder is hitting .291 (16-for-55) with six homers and 11 RBI. He's homered in four of his last seven contests and now has a .227/.306/.472 slash line with 13 long balls, 36 RBI, 33 runs scored and no stolen bases over 58 games this season. • Steals bag, scores in loss
Duran went 0-for-5 with a stolen base and a run scored in Friday's 7-2 loss to the White Sox.

Advice: Duran stole home, his first steal in 15 games, and leads Boston with 12 thefts. He also leads the team with 39 runs. The outfielder has been hot to start the month of June, going 10-for-26 (.385) with one double, one triple, two home runs, four RBI and seven runs scored over the last six games. • Bo Bichette collects RBI in loss to Athletics
Bo Bichette went 2-for-4 with an RBI on Friday in the Blue Jays’ loss to the Athletics.

Advice: Bichette got Toronto on the scoreboard in the seventh inning with a run-scoring single off Athletics reliever Austin Adams following a leadoff double from Vladimir Guerrero Jr. The 26-year-old shortstop has struggled this season to a lackluster .238 batting average to go along with just 19 runs scored, four homers, 26 RBI and four steals across 60 contests.
