    • Brandon Pfaadt logs quality start in loss to Nats
Brandon Pfaadt logged a quality start in Wednesday afternoon’s loss to the Nationals, giving up three runs on five hits across his 6 1/3 innings of work.

Advice: The 25-year-old right-hander astonishingly did not record a strikeout in the contest while issuing four free passes. Still, he managed to keep the Nats off the board completely until Jesse Winker’s go-ahead two-run shot in the sixth inning. He then exited with two men on and one out in the seventh inning, and one of those runners ultimately came around to score as well. Pfaadt didn’t get a single swing and miss on any of his 77 pitches in the contest, registering an underwhelming CSW of only 23 percent. He’ll carry a 4.37 ERA, 1.18 WHIP and an 84/22 K/BB ratio (90 2/3 innings) into Tuesday’s matchup against the Twins. Rotoworld Today, 3:27 pm
    • Goes yard twice in loss
Harper went 2-for-4 with two solo home runs in Wednesday's 5-2 loss to the Padres.

Advice: The 31-year-old slugger supplied all the Phillies' offense on the afternoon, taking Matt Waldron deep in the third inning before pulling a Jeremiah Estrada splitter down the right-field line in the eighth. Harper has caught fire in June, hitting safely in 10 of the last 11 games while batting .372 (16-for-43). The surge has boosted his slash line on the season to .285/.391/.539 with 17 homers, four steals, 45 runs and 48 RBI in 69 contests. Rotowire.com Today, 2:07 pm

    • Aaron Judge (hand) not in Yankees lineup Wednesday
Aaron Judge (hand) is not in the Yankees’ starting lineup for Wednesday’s showdown against the Orioles.

Advice: The 32-year-old superstar took a pitch off of his left hand during Tuesday’s game, but fortunately X-rays and a CT scan came back negative for any structural damage. Judge reported feeling sore on Wednesday but was able to take some swings in the batting cage. He won’t require a trip to the injured list and should return to the Bombers’ lineup any day now. • Not in Wednesday's lineup
Yankees manager Aaron Boone said that Judge (hand) won't be in the lineup for Wednesday's game versus the Orioles, Brendan Kuty of The Athletic reports.

Advice: X-rays and a CT scan on Judge's left hand came back negative after he exited Tuesday's 4-2 win over Baltimore when he was hit by pitch. According to Meredith Marakovits of YES Network, Boone said that Judge took some swings in the batting cage Wednesday and is expected to avoid a trip to the injured list, but the slugger is still sore and will miss at least one start. Judge likely won't be available off the bench Wednesday, but the hope is he'll be able to return to action for Thursday's series finale. Trent Grisham will replace Judge in center field Wednesday. • Bryce Harper clobbers two solo homers in loss
Bryce Harper launched two solo homers on Wednesday in the Phillies’ loss to the Padres.

Advice: Harper connected on a center-cut sinker from Padres knuckleballer Matt Waldron, clobbering a game-tying no-doubter to left-center field in the third inning. He capped off his 27th career multi-homer performance by taking San Diego reliever Jeremiah Estrada out to right field in the eighth inning. The 31-year-old fantasy superstar is up to 17 round-trippers on the season after notching his first multi-homer effort since a three-homer explosion back on April 2. Rotoworld Today, 12:49 pm

    • Goes yard again
O'Neill went 2-for-4 with a double, a solo home run and an additional run during Tuesday's 4-3 win over Toronto.

Advice: After swatting a pair of homers in the series opener against the Blue Jays, O'Neill homered again Tuesday, tagging Brendon Little for a game-tying solo shot in the eighth inning. O'Neill has generated multiple hits in four of his last five games, going 8-for-23 (.348) with four home runs, seven runs scored and seven RBI during that stretch. Rotowire.com Today, 5:07 am

    • On fire in June
Vaughn went 1-for-4 with two RBI on Tuesday against the Astros.

Advice: Vaughn grounded into a pair of fielder's choice outs to tally his two RBI. Though it wasn't a particularly notable performance, he now has five home runs, 14 RBI and 12 runs scored across 14 games in June while also hitting .356. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 10:53 pm
    • Four hits in walk-off win
Castellanos went 4-for-5 with a pair of doubles, an RBI and a run scored in Tuesday's 4-3 win over the Padres.

Advice: Castellanos capped Philadelphia's comeback victory in the bottom of the ninth inning, poking a ground-rule double down the right-field line, his second double and fourth hit of the game, to drive in Alec Bohm with the winning run. Castellanos is now 6-for-9 with four doubles in his last two games after going 0-for-14 in his previous three contests. Overall, he's slashing .219/.275/.371 on the year with nine homers, 31 RBI and 37 runs scored across 306 plate appearances. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 9:41 pm

    • Framber Valdez surrenders two runs in loss
Framber Valdez pitched six innings of two-run ball Tuesday in a loss to the White Sox.

Advice: Valdez allowed just two hits, but he walked five batters, which fueled the rallies in the third and fifth innings. Valdez worked out of big jams to limit the White Sox to single runs both innings, but the Astros offense did nothing to back him tonight. Rotoworld Yesterday, 8:04 pm
