    • Throwing at 80 mph
Ohtani has reached 80 mph during his throwing program, per MLB.com.

Advice: Ohtani has been throwing since late March, though it's not clear if he's pitched from beyond 60 feet yet. The two-way star won't see any game action as a pitcher this season, so it's logical that the Dodgers will be very cautious in managing his throwing progression. Though he's working only as a batter this season, Ohtani is once again in the MVP discussion with a .326/.395/.604 slash line, 14 home runs, 38 RBI, 41 runs and 14 stolen bases through 57 games. • Streak reaches 14 games
Seager went 3-for-4 with a walk and a run scored in Saturday's 7-0 win over Miami.

Advice: The calendar flipping from May to June did nothing to slow down Seager. After posting a 1.047 OPS during May, Seager extended a hitting streak to 14 games on the first day of the new month. He's 19-for-51 (.373) with nine home runs, 14 RBI and 11 runs scored during the streak. Rotowire.com Today, 7:05 am

    • Aaron Judge kicks off June with 464-foot home run
Aaron Judge clobbered a 464-foot two-run homer on Saturday, powering the Yankees to a 7-3 victory over the Giants.

Advice: Judge took Giants ace Logan Webb deep to left-center field in the opening frame for his major league-leading 21st round-tripper of the season. The 32-year-old fantasy superstar became the first hitter this year to reach the 20-homer plateau with a two home run outburst during Friday’s series opener at spacious Oracle Park, finishing the month of May with an astronomical .361/.479/.918 triple-slash line with 14 homers and 27 RBI across 28 games. The Southern California native is clearly enjoying his time back in the Bay Area and finds himself in the midst of one of the hottest stretches of his career with eight homers over his last 10 games since May 22. • Logan Webb strikes out six in loss to Yankees
Logan Webb gave up four runs over seven innings on Saturday in a loss to the Yankees.

Advice: Webb fell behind right away in this one when he served up a colossal two-run homer to Aaron Judge in the opening frame. He was tagged for a pair of additional runs in the third inning, but managed to escape further damage, and wound up still completing seven frames to spare San Francisco’s bullpen. He struck out six and only handed out one free pass. The 27-year-old workhorse will carry a strong 2.95 ERA, 1.25 WHIP and 67/20 K/BB ratio across 79 1/3 innings (13 starts) into a challenging road matchup on Friday against the Rangers. • Records steal in win
Ohtani went 1-for-3 with a walk and a stolen base in Saturday's 4-1 win over the Rockies.

Advice: Ohtani had gone seven games without a steal, and he hit just .167 (5-for-30) over that span. That's a rare cold spell for one of baseball's best players, who continues to do it all out of the No. 2 hole for the Dodgers. He's at a .326/.395/.604 slash line with 14 home runs, 14 steals, 38 RBI and 41 runs scored over 57 contests. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 11:18 pm

    • Struggles with control Saturday
Steele allowed five runs (one earned) on seven hits and four walks while striking out five batters over five innings in a no-decision against Cincinnati on Saturday.

Advice: Steele's fantasy stat line wasn't disastrous since only one of the five runs charged to him was earned, but he was far from sharp, especially in terms of control. The southpaw hit a batter in addition to issuing a season-high four walks, and he threw just 58 of 98 pitches for strikes. Steele is usually much better at limiting free passes -- before Saturday, he had issued only seven walks over six starts -- so this was likely just a bump in the road for him. He's been decent with a 4.10 ERA and 1.21 WHIP across 37.1 innings this season but has yet to pick up a win. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 11:05 pm
    • Grinds out seven innings
Webb (4-5) allowed four runs on seven hits and a walk while striking out six over seven innings, taking the loss Saturday versus the Yankees.

Advice: Webb gave up a pair of runs in the first and third innings, but he was able to eat innings despite the loss. He threw 74 of 108 pitches for strikes, though this ended his run of four straight quality starts. Webb is at a 2.95 ERA, 1.25 WHIP and 67:20 K:BB over 79.1 innings across 13 starts this season. After posting a 1.3 BB/9 last year, his walk rate has risen to 2.3 this year, which is in line with previous seasons. Webb is projected to make his next start on the road versus the Rangers. • Cruises to victory Saturday
Miller (5-5) earned the win over the Angels on Saturday, allowing three hits and issuing one walk while striking out nine batters over six innings.

Advice: The score was close early on, but a four-run fourth inning for Seattle put Miller on cruise control. The right-hander racked up 13 whiffs en route to his nine punchouts, which tied his second-highest total of the season. Miller has earned the win in each of his last two starts following a stretch of six outings between April 24 and May 22 during which he went 0-4. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 10:38 pm
    • Keeps power surge going
Judge went 2-for-3 with a two-run home run, a walk and two total runs scored in Saturday's 7-3 win over the Giants.

Advice: May is over, but Judge's power surge is still in full effect. He's slugged four homers and added eight RBI over his last three games, and he's up to six homers over eight contests during the Yankees' current road trip through California. Judge has 21 long balls, 47 RBI, 42 runs scored, two stolen bases and a .287/.414/.662 slash line through 60 contests this year, a level of production that should have him firmly in the MVP conversation.
