The slugger has at least three hits on 11 occasions this season and has knocked in at least three runs 12 times.       Advice: Gil was given a 3-0 lead after two frames, and despite allowing a run in each of the third and fourth innings, he cruised to his 11th victory of the season as the Yankees offense piled on 14 runs by the end of the contest.
