    • Goes deep in loss
Raleigh went 2-for-5 with a solo home run and two runs scored in Monday's 14-7 loss against the Red Sox.

Advice: Raleigh went back-to-back with Randy Arozarena in the sixth inning and extended a hitting streak to five games, which ties his longest this season. Raleigh launched his 23rd homer, which leads all MLB catchers in the current campaign. The 27-year-old has been hot in the month of July with nine home runs in 22 games. Raleigh has also racked up eight multi-hit games in July, the same amount he had in his previous 80 games this season. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 8:54 pm

    • Report: Pirates, Yankees, Astros chasing Díaz
The Pirates, Yankees and Astros are the primary teams showing interest in Yandy Díaz, according to Francys Romero.

Advice: Díaz is signed through 2025 with a club option for 2026, so the Rays are going to require a big return in order to move him. The Astros definitely figure to have a harder time meeting their needs after giving up so much for Yusei Kikuchi. Rotoworld Yesterday, 7:53 pm

    • Adbert Alzolay suffers setback in forearm rehab
Adbert Alzolay, who made a third rehab appearance Saturday, has suffered a setback and is returning to Chicago for an examination.

Advice: Alzolay has missed 2 1/2 months with a forearm strain. Any sort of significant setback would probably end his season. Rotoworld Yesterday, 2:53 pm

    • Getting examined after setback
Alzolay (forearm) has been pulled off his rehab assignment at Triple-A Iowa and sent to Chicago to be examined following a setback, Meghan Montemurro of the Chicago Tribune reports.

Advice: Alzolay didn't recover well from his last rehab appearance at Iowa on Saturday, prompting the move. The reliever went more than two months between game appearances due to a flexor strain and lasted just three outings before a setback, which isn't a great sign. More should be known about Alzolay's status later this week. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 2:45 pm

    • Drives in three Sunday
Rooker went 2-for-4 with a three-run double and a run in a loss to the Angels on Sunday.

Advice: Rooker cleared the bases in the third with his two-bagger, plating JJ Bleday, Lawrence Butler and Miguel Andujar to give Oakland a 4-0 lead at the time. Rooker's body of work in July -- perhaps partly fueled by a well-publicized All-Star snub -- has featured one of the best stretches of hitting in the majors this season, as he heads into the final two games of the month having generated a .412 average, 1.329 OPS, 10 home runs and 28 RBI across 22 games. Rooker's .385 average with runners in scoring position during that span has helped push him to a career-high 75 RBI on the season, while his power surge puts him just five homers shy of the career-best 30 he slugged in 2023 over 44 additional games. • Little run support Sunday
Keller did not factor into the decision Sunday against the Diamondbacks, allowing two runs on two hits and two walks while striking out six over seven innings.

Advice: Keller was dominant once again and faced his only trouble in the fourth after Jake McCarthy ripped an RBI triple and then later scored on a sacrifice fly. It was the third quality start in the last four outings for Keller, though he only has one win to show for it, as the Pirates' offense only mustered up one run until they scored in the ninth to send the game into extras. Keller also managed to keep the ball inside the park, something he's struggled with a bit lately after allowing five home runs over his last four starts. The 28-year-old now owns a 3.30 ERA, 1.21 WHIP and 114:34 K:BB in 128.1 innings and lines up for a rematch with the Diamondbacks at home over the weekend. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 6:56 am

    • Hammers 22nd homer
Raleigh went 2-for-5 with a home run and three RBI in Sunday's win over the White Sox.

Advice: After snapping a nine-game homerless skid Saturday, Raleigh belted a two-run shot in the first inning Sunday. It was his 22nd of the year and 8th in 22 appearances this month. Raleigh later knocked an RBI single in the fourth inning. He's hitting .259 (21-for-81) in July, raising his season slash line to .216/.302/.434 with 32 extra-base hits and 66 RBI through 101 games. • Swats 11th homer
Kwan went 2-for-4 with a solo home run in Sunday's 4-3 win over the Phillies.

Advice: Kwan has gone 8-for-27 (.296) over his last seven games, adding two homers and two walks in that span. The outfielder is up to 11 homers in 2024, matching his total from the previous two years combined. He's slashing a stellar .342/.395/.502 with 30 RBI, 58 runs scored, 14 doubles, two triples and six stolen bases through 79 contests. Rotowire.com Sunday, 8:01 pm

    • Earns win with seven strong innings
Berrios (9-8) earned the win Sunday, allowing one run on six hits over seven innings against the Blue Jays. He struck out five.

Advice: Berrios managed to keep the Rangers off the board aside from an RBI single by Nathaniel Lowe in the sixth. It was just the second time since the end of May that Berrios completed seven frames, and it was the first time during that span that the veteran righty allowed as few as one run. He had particularly struggled over his last eight starts prior to Sunday, carrying a 6.44 ERA and 1.41 WHIP with a 3.7 BB/9 over 43.1 innings during that stretch. Additionally, Berrios managed to not walk a batter after delivering 10 free passes in 8.2 innings over his past two starts. Berrios will look to build upon this effort, though it won't get any easier in his next start as he's currently scheduled to take on the Yankees in the Bronx. Rotowire.com Sunday, 6:26 pm
