    • Two hits, stolen base in win
Marte went 2-for-5 with one RBI, a run scored and a stolen base in Thursday's victory over the Dodgers.

Advice: Marte singled home Corbin Carroll in the top of the fifth to extend Arizona's lead to two runs before also going on to swipe his fourth bag of the season and first since June 11 against the Angels. The second baseman tallied two knocks on the night and has now posted multiple hits in four of his last seven contests. Marte has also hit safely in three straight and in six of his last seven. • Struggles in Independence Day loss
Stroman (7-4) took the loss against Cincinnati on Thursday, pitching five innings and allowing five runs on five hits and two walks while striking out six batters over five innings.

Advice: Stroman struggled to keep the ball in the park Thursday -- of the five hits he allowed, three were long balls, and all five of the runs he yielded came on home runs. The right-hander hadn't been prone to the long ball coming in, as he hadn't given up a homer in three of his prior four stats. Stroman hasn't been pitching particularly well of late, though, as he has a 6.43 ERA across 21 frames covering his past four outings. The five earned runs he allowed against the Reds tied a season-high mark. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 9:06 pm
    • Goes yard in win
Chapman went 2-for-4 with a solo home run and an RBI double in Thursday's 4-2 win over Atlanta.

Advice: Chapman is 14-for-38 (.368) with four homers and 12 RBI over his last 10 contests. The third baseman put the Giants ahead with his fourth-inning solo shot and then added the RBI double for an insurance run in the sixth. Chapman's recent surge has him at a .245/.325/.426 slash line with 12 homers, 42 RBI, 56 runs scored, 23 doubles and seven stolen bases through 85 contests this season. • Chapman belts home run, RBI double in win Thursday
Matt Chapman went 2-for-4 with a double, a home run and two RBI against the Braves on Thursday.

Advice: The home run was his 12th of the season. Chapman took Charlie Morton deep in the fourth inning and then hit an RBI double in the sixth inning. He’s hitting .245 with a .751 OPS and 42 RBI on the season. Rotoworld Yesterday, 7:06 pm

    • Pops solo shot
Westburg went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Thursday's 7-3 loss to the Mariners.

Advice: Westburg has hit safely in 11 of his last 13 games, going 16-for-54 (.296) with three homers and seven RBI in that span. The infielder is up to 14 homers this season while adding 49 RBI, 42 runs scored, six stolen bases and a .280/.329/.508 slash line across 80 contests. He continues to split time between second base and third base, but he's firmly in the middle of the Orioles' lineup on a near-everyday basis, and he has the production to match that role. • Marcus Stroman allows three homers in loss to Reds
Marcus Stroman gave up five runs while hurling five innings in a loss to the Reds on Thursday.

Advice: The long ball was a problem for Stroman, as he gave up three homers accounting for all five runs. He walked two and struck out six in a start that would have looked fine without the roundtrippers. That’s not how this works, unfortunately. Stroman will take a 3.58 ERA into his final start of the first half against the Rays on Wednesday. Rotoworld Yesterday, 1:10 pm
    • Luis Rengifo undergoing MRI on right wrist
Luis Rengifo is out of the lineup for Thursday’s game against the Athletics with right wrist soreness.

Advice: X-rays came back negative for any fractures after Rengifo left Wednesday’s game against the Athletics with right hand soreness following a ninth-inning swing. However, he’s slated to undergo an MRI on Friday in Chicago to determine the extent of the injury, specifically whether he’s dealing with any structural damage. There should be an update on his status in the coming days, but fantasy managers shouldn’t expect him back until the weekend, even if he checks out completely fine. Rotoworld Yesterday, 12:02 pm

The super utility player was injured during Wednesday's loss to the Athletics while taking a swing in the ninth inning. Miguel Sano is playing third base for the Angels on Thursday. • Idle Thursday
Rutschman isn't in the Orioles' lineup for Thursday's game against the Mariners.

Advice: Rutschman will get a day to regroup Thursday after being held hitless in 13 at-bats over his last four games. James McCann will instead get the nod to start at catcher while batting ninth. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 10:12 am
